Сущность изобретения: сначала 10 - 15% жидкого стекла обрабатывают водным раствором фосфата щелочного металла и поверхностно-активных веществ в течение 0,5 - 2,5 ч, затем 1/3 полученного коллоидного раствора диспергируют с оставшейся частью жидкого стекла, пигментами и наполнителями, а 2,3 коллоидного раствора смешивают с латексом в течение 15 - 30 мин, после чего полученные выше смеси совмещают при перемешивании в течении 30 - 40 мин. 1 табл., 3 пр.Usage: in construction in the manufacture of putties, putties, protective and decorative coatings.
