Abstract

Изобретение содержит устройство для цилиндрического расширения перемещающегося участка непрерывно продвигаемого вперед пленочного рукавного полотна. Для того, чтобы иметь возможность без замятин и складок расширить плоское пленочное рукавное полотно, на раме машины расположена пара роликов прямого протягивания для плоского пленочного рукавного полотна. В станине симметрично центральной плоскости зазора между валиками прямого протягивания клинообразно расположены опорные плиты, сходящиеся к зазору между валиками прямого протягивания. На несущей плите закреплена труба для воздушной продувки, направление продувки которой сориентировано между опорными плитами, так что пленочное рукавное полотно при его сходе с опорных плит вздувается цилиндричеcким образом.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение содержит устройство для цилиндрического расширения перемещающегося участка непрерывно продвигаемого вперед пленочного рукавного полотна. Для того, чтобы иметь возможность без замятин и складок расширить плоское пленочное рукавное полотно, на раме машины расположена пара роликов прямого протягивания для плоского пленочного рукавного полотна. В станине симметрично центральной плоскости зазора между валиками прямого протягивания клинообразно расположены опорные плиты, сходящиеся к зазору между валиками прямого протягивания. На несущей плите закреплена труба для воздушной продувки, направление продувки которой сориентировано между опорными плитами, так что пленочное рукавное полотно при его сходе с опорных плит вздувается цилиндричеcким образом.
