Character combination kof remaining code words of frame are used for transmitting individual and/or group address required for code separation of user groups and respective unique combination character position locators of external Reed-Solomon code used for encoding and decoding information addighed to definite group of users. EFFECT: provision for transmitting group or individual digital data of large capacity and high confidence over radio channel in spite of pulse interferences and Rayleigh fadings occurring in communication channels.
