Abstract

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: compost-maker has a container with side walls 3, top wall 2, bottom 6, and dumping gates 7. Ventilation ducts 5 formed by perforated walls permeable to maggots are evenly arranged across the entire height of animal waste 13 for good supply of oxygen to the whole bulk of waste so that the waste loading height is not limited by the depth of penetration of maggots. Gates 7 are opened waste loading and humus unloading while ventilation inlet 11 is moved aside. Small amounts of fly eggs (15 eggs) are placed in ventilation ducts 5, and the maggots at the third stage of development are isolated from biohumus by any method. EFFECT: higher single-load capacity. 7 dwg

Claims (1)

The invention relates to agriculture. The goal is to increase the unit productivity of the biocomposter by increasing the layer height of the processed animal waste copro-waste. The biocomposter consists of a container limited by the walls. Along the entire height of the processed waste material, ventilation ducts 5 are arranged uniformly along the tiers, formed by perforated walls permeable to the larvae of synanthropic flies of the third stage of development. Due to the uniform arrangement of ventilation ducts throughout the thickness of the processed animal waste copro waste so that any point is sufficiently supplied with oxygen, the loading height of the livestock copro waste is no longer limited by the penetration depth of synanthropic fly larvae, as a result, the unit productivity of the biocomposter increases. Loading of livestock waste co-waste and unloading of ready-made bio-shed is carried out with open flaps 7 and diverted to the side by an inlet ventilation collector 11. The larvae of synanthropic flies necessary for processing livestock waste in the form of portions of 15 eggs are introduced into the ventilation ducts 5. The larvae of synanthropic flies are matured to the third stage of development from a ready-made bio-shed in any known way.
