Сущность изобретения: предложен новый штамм Bacillus schlegelii (ВКПМ В-8310) - продуцент рестриктазы Bso4 1, выделенный из почвы в результате поиска продуцентов рестриктаза. Положительный эффект: выход фермента составляет 5 000 ед/г сырой биомассы, удельная активность целевого фермента - 10000 млн-1.
