Целью изобретения является повышение эффективности и упрощение использования компрессионно-дистракционных приемов. Предложен способ лечения больных с переломами костей, включающий использование аппарата Илизарова с взаимноперпендикулярным проведением круглых спиц Киршнера с помощью дрели, и способ проведения круглой спицы путем прямого проталкивания. С целью повышения эффективности и упрощения использования компрессионно-дистракционных приемов используют трехгранную спицу, проводят ее взаимноперпендикулярно и фиксируют к кольцам аппарата М.В.Казарезова, где работают его возможности устранения ротационных смещений и самокомпрессирующие свойства, позволяющие сближать отломки с силой, равной весу тела больного, к которому адаптирована кость опорно-двигательного аппарата. В предлагаемом способе граненая спица стабильна в аппарате и в кости и нет тенденций к колебаниям во вновь образованном костном канале при проведении ее путем проталкивания.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and reconstructive surgery. In order to increase the efficiency and simplify the use of compression-distraction techniques, a trihedral spoke is used, it is mutually perpendicular and fixed to the rings of the apparatus of M.V.Kazarezov, where its ability to eliminate rotational displacements and self-compressing properties work, allowing fragments to be brought together with a force equal to the patient’s body weight to which the bone of the musculoskeletal system is adapted. In the proposed method, the faceted knitting needle is stable in the apparatus and in the bone and there is no tendency to oscillations in the newly formed bone channel when it is carried out by pushing.
