Способ относится к аналитической химии, в частности к количественному определению церукала. Цель изобретения - понижение предела обнаружения церукала, повышение селективности определения в присутствии других лекарственных средств. Поставленная цель достигается тем, что определение церукала проводят путем обработки пробы спиртовым раствором п-диметилкоричного альдегида (п-ДМАКА) в присутствии додецилсульфата натрия (ДСNА) в среде цитратного буферного раствора при рН 1,2 - 4,0 с последующим фотометрированием полученного раствора при α=540 нм. Способ отличается хорошей воспроизводимостью и правильностью, ошибка определения не превышает 10%.The method relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to the quantitative determination of cerucal. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the detection limit of cerucal, increasing the selectivity of the determination in the presence of other drugs. This goal is achieved by determining that cerucol is carried out by treating a sample with an alcoholic solution of p-dimethylcinnamic aldehyde (p-DMAKA) in the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfate (DCNA) in a citrate buffer solution at pH 1.2-4.0, followed by photometry of the resulting solution α = 540 nm. The method has good reproducibility and accuracy, the error of determination does not exceed 10%.
