- Предполагаемое изобретение относится к кондитерской промышленности и может быть использовано при изготовлении восточных сладостей, а именно халвы. Задачей предложенного изобретения является разработка халвы, обладающей повышенной биологической ценностью, диетическими и антисклеротическими свойствами. Для решения поставленной задачи в состав халвы вводят дополнительно кедровое масло, жмых кедрового ореха, муку пшеничную и экстракт корня солодки. Халва приятна на вкус с пониженной каллорийностью и жиросодержанием.
