Изобретение относится к ветеринарии, ветеринарной фармакологии, к препаратам, применяемым при лечении гнойно-некротических поражений дистального отдела конечностей крупного рогатого скота.The invention relates to veterinary medicine, veterinary pharmacology, to drugs used in the treatment of purulent-necrotic lesions of the distal limbs of cattle.
Гнойно-некротические поражения дистального отдела конечностей у крупного рогатого скота в настоящее время занимают третье место по заболеваниям различной этиологии после акушерско-гинекологических патологий и маститов. Распространения заболеваний дистального отдела конечностей достигает от 25 до 40% в каждом стаде. Данные патологии наносят значительный экономический ущерб хозяйствам и ведут к снижению молочной продуктивности животных и, как следствие, к их ранней выбраковке. Гнойно-некротические поражения чаще всего локализуются на коже свода межпальцевой щели задних конечностей в виде эрозии округлой формы размерами 1-5 см (Самоловов А.А. Болезни копытцев и пальца крупного рогатого скота / А.А. Самоловов, С.В. Лопатин; Рос. акад. с. -х. наук. Сиб. регион отд-ние. Ин-т эксперим. ветеринарии Сибири и Дальнего Востока. - Новосибирск, 2010. - С. 80-95) [1].Purulent-necrotic lesions of the distal extremities in cattle currently occupy third place among diseases of various etiologies after obstetric and gynecological pathologies and mastitis. The prevalence of diseases of the distal limbs reaches from 25 to 40% in each herd. These pathologies cause significant economic damage to farms and lead to a decrease in the milk productivity of animals and, as a consequence, to their early culling. Purulent-necrotic lesions are most often localized on the skin of the arch of the interdigital fissure of the hind limbs in the form of round-shaped erosion measuring 1-5 cm (Samolov A.A. Diseases of the hooves and toes of cattle / A.A. Samolov, S.V. Lopatin; Russian Academician of Agricultural Sciences, Siberian Region Department, Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine of Siberia and the Far East, Novosibirsk, 2010, pp. 80-95) [1].
К гнойно-некротическим патологиям дистального отдела конечностей относят язву Рустерхольца, пальцевый дерматит (болезнь Мортелларо), межпальцевый дерматит, флегмона (межпальцевая, свода, мякиша), гнойный пододерматит.Purulent-necrotic pathologies of the distal extremities include Rusterholz ulcer, digital dermatitis (Mortellaro disease), interdigital dermatitis, phlegmon (interdigital, fornix, crumb), purulent pododermatitis.

Известен препарат для лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота (патент РФ 2759540) [3]. Данный препарат представляет мазь, в состав которой входят 5,5%-ный йодофор - 70,0; 80%-ная молочная кислота - 5,0; глицерин - 5,0; димексид - 5,0; мазевая основа - остальное. Препарат обладает бактерицидным действием на возбудителей пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота, а также противовоспалительным, подсушивающим, ранозаживляющим действием. Недостатком данного препарата является отсутствие в нем компонента для ускорения процессов регенерации копытного рога. Данный компонент необходим для ускоренного процесса выведения токсических веществ из организма и ускорения роста копытного рога.A drug is known for the treatment of digital dermatitis in cattle (RF patent 2759540) [3].
