29.05.2018.A known method of surgical treatment of gingival recession, including making incisions in the area of gingival recession, the formation of a graft from the sky, while the incision in the area of gingival recession is performed in the form of the letter V in the marginal and alveolar zone of the gums, without affecting the area of the gingival papilla, then a submucosal tunnel is formed with side of the gingival margin in the area of recession, for which tunnel splitting of tissues is performed without dissection of the gingival papillae, in the area of the formed tunnel, a subepithelial connective tissue graft from the palate is placed on the periosteum, fixing it to the periosteum with sutures. RF patent for the invention No. 2655827, IPC: A61B 17/24; published: 05/29/2018.
After carrying out known procedures, there is a risk of subsequent complications in the area of soft tissues associated with divergence of sutures and diastasis of the wound, and, as a result, the absence of the effect of eliminating gingival recession.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to create additional mechanical support for soft tissues while eliminating recessions and increasing the area of attached keratinized gingiva around teeth and implants.
The technical result of the proposed technical solution is manifested in the reduction of the healing and recovery time, in the absence of the risk of a recession in the future, in achieving the maximum aesthetic effect.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that when implementing a method for eliminating gingival recession by fixing a connective tissue graft, in which an antiseptic treatment of the area of the receiving bed is carried out, a donor graft is prepared by taking a flap from the region of the palate or palatine tubercle with its subsequent de-epithelialization, preparing the receiving bed for transplantation, the graft is adapted to the receiving bed, the graft is fixed to the vestibular mucosa with interrupted sutures, spot etching and bonding of the vestibular zone of the corresponding teeth is carried out, a composite frame is made by resting it on the mucosa and the coronal part of the teeth, consisting of a base placed along the entire media-distal extent of the reconstruction zone, and vertical elements connected to the base and crown part of the teeth.
Additional mechanical support of the reconstructed tissues in the form of a composite frame based on the mucous membrane and crown part of the teeth, consisting of a base placed along the entire media-distal extent of the reconstruction zone, and vertical elements connected to the base and crown part of the teeth, allows you to fix the graft and the vestibular covering it. flap in a given coronal position. Due to the more hermetic isolation of soft tissues in the operating area, compared to standard wound closure techniques, infection access to the wound surface is prevented, infection of the wound surface and destabilization of the flaps are prevented.
The claimed method provides additional mechanical fixation and stabilization of the coronally displaced flap and graft to the vestibular surface of the root or alveolar process; protection from the muscular component of the vestibule of the oral cavity (especially the small one) and the circular muscle of the mouth during articulation and eating; maximum adaptation of the graft to the receiving bed; protection from injury with a food bolus or a toothbrush; absence of edema, pain syndrome; prevention of divergence of seams and diastasis of the wound.
The inventive method is further explained with the help of the figures, which show the steps for implementing the method for eliminating gingival recession by fixing a connective tissue graft.

The way to eliminate the recession of the gums by fixing the connective tissue graft is as follows.
The area of the receiving bed is determined (reconstructed zone), after which the antiseptic treatment of the working field corresponding to the area of the receiving bed is performed.
Then, under infiltration anesthesia, with the diagnosis of the actual thickness of the soft tissues in the donor zone (for example, the area of 6, 7, 8 teeth of the upper jaw), they plan and determine the size of the future flap and the receiving bed using a graduated probe or a sterile template. A free gingival graft 1.5-2.0 mm thick of a certain size is taken with its subsequent de-epithelialization.
The receiving bed is prepared for transplantation by the tunnel method, mobilizing the vestibular mucosa and interdental papillae, forming a tunnel for the transplant. Then the graft is adapted to the receiving bed, laying it through the tunnel, fixing it to the vestibular mucosa with interrupted sutures. Transplantation can also be carried out by the method of coronally displaced flap, laterally displaced flap.
Next, point etching of the vestibular zone of the corresponding teeth or temporary crowns on the implant is carried out, and bonding (the adhesive is pointwise applied without blowing, followed by polymerization).
At the next stage, the composite is applied to the vestibular flap in the projection of the graft fixed with sutures and a horizontal bar - base - is formed along the entire media-distal extent of the reconstructed zone, followed by polymerization. Next, the base and the coronal part of the teeth are combined by means of vertical composite beams, polymerized.
