Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to horticulture and is intended for growing sweet cherry planting material in a nursery.
В. С. 160-172).It is known to grow cloned biennial seedlings of pome crops, which consists in planting rootstocks in the first field of the nursery and budding them in July-August, cutting off the upper part of the rootstock by eye in the second field of the nursery before the start of the growing season and obtaining an unbranched one-year-old, pruning one-year-old seedlings, higher than the accepted the height of the stem by 15-20 cm, for laying the crown in the third field of the nursery. Three years are spent on growing seedlings, moreover, from three to five side branches up to 80 cm long are laid in the crown, on which there are no fruit buds. (Trusevich G.V. Fruit nursery. M., Rosselkhozizdat - 1974. P. 160-172).
WWW.biolokus.ru).There is a modern technology for growing seedlings grafted on low-growing rootstocks, according to the KNIP-BAUM type, which provides for the production of such seedlings at the first stage - a standard unbranched annual is grown for 2 years. In the third year, in a field of two-year-olds, a one-year-old is cut at a height of about 40-50 cm. The cut seedling, from the left apical bud, gives a strong increase with the formation of lateral branches. Seedlings grown according to the KNIP-BAUM system have a developed crown and formed generative buds capable of producing yields (up to 2-3 kg per tree) already in the year of planting. (Sirotkin E.N., Isaev R.D. What apple seedlings should be like. WWW.biolokus.ru).
The disadvantages of technical solutions in the first and second cases are a three-year cycle of growing seedlings, which is unacceptable for modern intensive gardening, as well as labor costs for caring for seedlings (weeding in rows, cultivation of row spacing, protection from pests and diseases), which increase by 1/ 3 compared to the two-year cycle of their cultivation.
Also known is a method of growing two-year seedlings of fruit crops (RF patent No. 2666182, class A01G 2/30, 2018 - prototype), including the use of occulants on clonal rootstocks of sweet cherry, grafted by cuttings, installation of individual supports, tying the cutting to the support, watering , weed control, the fragmentation of rootstock and side shoots and the maintenance of row spacing under black fallow.
The disadvantage of the prototype is a two-year cycle of growing seedlings, resulting in increased labor costs for the care of seedlings (weeding in rows, cultivation of row spacing, protection from pests and diseases), entails a decrease in economic efficiency, in addition, fertilizing with fertilizers containing chemical elements, application of herbicides against weeds and growth regulators.
The technical result is an increase in economic efficiency by reducing labor costs and growing seedlings without fertilizers and herbicides.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of organic cultivation of cherry seedlings, including the use of occulants on clone rootstocks of sweet cherry, grafting grafted by cuttings, installing individual supports, tying the cutting to the support, watering, weed control, fragments of rootstock and side shoots and maintenance of row spacing under black steam, according to the invention, certified sweet cherry occulants on VSL-2 rootstocks are used, which are planted in trenches in rows 25 cm wide and 40 cm deep and at a distance of 25-30 cm from each other; for individual supports, a lignified bamboo stalk 110 cm high is used, and watering is carried out once when the occulant is planted with water with a pH of 6.5-7.5 and purified from pathogenic microflora and heavy metals, while after planting, rapeseed straw is mulched along a row of occulants layer up to 10 cm and a width of up to 30 cm, starting from the stem of the oculant.
The novelty of the proposed method is due to the fact that due to the complex of measures carried out in the claimed technical solution, organic cultivation of environmentally friendly seedlings is ensured while reducing labor intensity and energy costs.
The features that distinguish the claimed technical solution from the prototype are aimed at achieving a technical result and have not been identified in the study of this and related fields of science and technology and, therefore, meet the criterion of "inventive step".
The inventive method is recommended for use in fruit growing, namely in nurseries for organic cultivation of seedlings, which meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
The method of organic cultivation in the nursery of sweet cherry seedlings is carried out as follows
For the cultivation of annual seedlings, certified sweet cherry oculants on VSL-2 rootstocks are used. The use of the VSL-2 rootstock is due to the fact that due to medium height, the growth of the tree is reduced by 30%, it is stable, it reproduces well by green cuttings. In addition, it has a very good leaf to fruit ratio, which contributes to a good harvest of quality fruits, is not picky about soils, and sweet cherries like light soil. Certified sweet cherry oculants from the nursery are planted in trenches 25 cm wide and 40 cm deep and at a distance of 25-30 cm from each other. system will be limited, which will negatively affect the viability of the plant. For individual supports, a 110 cm high lignified bamboo stalk is used, since it is a cheap material compared to supports made of plastic or wood. A one-time landing watering of occulants is carried out with water with a pH of 6.5-7.5 and purified from pathogenic microflora and heavy metals. The quality of the water is first checked by laboratory methods. To control weeds after planting, mulching is carried out along the trench with rapeseed straw with a layer of up to 10 cm and a width of up to 30 cm, starting from the stem of the oculant. The fight against diseases and pests is carried out only with drugs approved in organic farming.
The use of rapeseed straw is due to the fact that, due to its oiliness, since it belongs to oilseeds, it contributes to the development of vermiculture, which converts organ-containing non-toxic waste, in this case rapeseed straw, into the protein mass of worms and the most valuable fertilizer - "vermicompost", so necessary for the development of seedlings in their organic cultivation. In addition, rapeseed straw prevents the development of weeds.

An example of a specific implementation of the proposed method
The method includes careful selection of soils of the formation area (department of formation) of the fruit nursery. Then, a year before laying (planting oculants), a check for the presence of nematodes - carriers of viral diseases is carried out.
In winter or early spring, on a plot measuring 220.0 × 128.8 m (gross), trenches 25 cm wide and 40 cm deep were cut in blocks. On the plot, 7 blocks of 12 rows were obtained with row spacing of 120 cm. Longitudinal roads 3.0 m wide were left between the blocks. As a result, 84 rows (7 blocks of 12 rows) 200 m long were cut on the plot. nurseries received sweet cherry cultivar "Alexandria" on the rootstock VSL-2. Oculants were planted in trenches with a distance of 25 cm (800 pcs. per row or 67200 pcs. per 1 ha) with a bamboo support 110 cm high. harmful microflora by laboratory methods.
After planting the occulants, mulching with rapeseed straw was carried out. After determining the percentage of survival, the awakening of the kidneys and the shoots reaching a length of 15-20 cm, the best of the two was left, and the second was broken off. The selected scion shoot was tied to a support.
During the growing season, the state of annual growths was monitored, tying them twice to supports, and single weeds were manually destroyed.
To confirm the economic efficiency, production experiments were carried out.
When growing planting material for fruit crops, an incomplete technological cycle provided for a careful selection of the site and soil. At the same time, the costs amounted to: with intensive technology - 125.5 thousand rubles/ha, with organic - 131.1 thousand rubles/ha, which is associated with an additional laboratory study of water for irrigation.
В органической технологии все это исключается и соответственные расчеты показали, что затраты на уход за почвой и растениями значительно ниже, по сравнению с интенсивной технологией (таблица 1).When laying the first field, the main costs were made for the purchase of planting material (occulants) in the amount of 67,200 pcs./ha worth 4,704.0 thousand rubles. in addition, with organic technology, 8.4 thousand rubles/ha were spent per 1 ha. On mulching material (rapeseed straw, mechanized application). In intensive technologies, various synthetic substances are actively used (insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, growth regulators, fertilizers, watering 14 times). In organic technology, all this is excluded and the corresponding calculations showed that the costs of caring for the soil and plants are much lower compared to intensive technology (Table 1).
выше (востребованность рынка), что значительно увеличивает чистый доход на 1 га и рентабельность в 2,1 раза (таблица 2).Other things being equal (yield of annual seedlings, their standardization), the cost of 1000 pcs. seedlings with organic technology for 3.5 thousand rubles. lower compared to the intensive man-made, the selling price per thousand rubles. higher (market demand), which significantly increases net income per 1 ha and profitability by 2.1 times (Table 2).
Таким образом, анализируя данные таблицы 2, ясно, рентабельность технологии по заявляемому способу и чистый доход более в 2 раза выше традиционной технологии (интенсивной-техногенной).Thus, analyzing the data in Table 2, it is clear that the profitability of the technology according to the claimed method and net income are more than 2 times higher than traditional technology (intensive-technogenic).
In the proposed method, all elements of the technology from soil preparation for a fruit nursery to digging up grafted one-year or two-year-old seedlings are based on the requirements for organic farming and the use of environmentally friendly technology.
