Abstract
Description
Изобретение относится к области сельского хозяйства, в частности к птицеводству, конкретно к способу увеличения продуктивности и выживаемости птицы за счет аэрозольной обработки её растворами солей гуминовых кислот (гуматов).The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the poultry industry, specifically to a method of increasing the productivity and survival of poultry due to the aerosol treatment of it with solutions of salts of humic acids (humates).
The main direction of improving the technology of industrial poultry cultivation is the development and introduction into production of the latest feeding methods and highly effective treatment and preventive measures aimed at improving the safety and productivity of livestock and ensuring the production of economically sound environmentally safe poultry products.
There is a method of treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases of birds (see RF patent for invention №2097030, IPC A61K31 / 00, A61K33 / 18, publ. 11/27/1997), consisting in aerosol spray (pure or diluted with water in a 1: 1 ratio a) preparation containing iodine, potassium iodide, polyvinyl alcohol, triethylene glycol, lactic and hydrochloric acids. The drug is sprayed with fine mist, the particle size of which is 0.5-20 microns. Before spraying, the room occupied by animals is tightly closed, ventilation is turned off, spraying is carried out for 5–15 minutes, exposure after spraying is maintained for 30–35 minutes, after which ventilation is activated and the room is aired.
The disadvantage of this method is the need to use a multicomponent drug, which increases its complexity.
17-58 %.There is a method of increasing the protective forces of the body of a bird (see RF patent for invention №2137475, IPC A61K31 / 50, A61K31 / 52, publ. 09/20/1999). The method includes the intramuscular or aerosol administration of the drug to the birds. The introduction is carried out in the following dosages: intramuscular administration of 25-75 mg / kg, aerosol administration of 400-600 mg / m 3 . The introduction of the drug increases the effectiveness of the treatment and prevention of diseases of birds by 17-58%.
However, this method involves the dual administration of the drug (aerosol or intramuscular), which implies its sterility, and, consequently, its industrial production is more complex and it is more expensive.
The closest technical solution, selected as a prototype, is a method of industrial rearing of chickens (see RF patent for invention №2423870, IPC A23K1 / 00, publ. 07.20.2011). The method consists in the aerosol treatment of cells with chickens with the active substance, and the probiotic “Prolam” with a concentration of cells of lactic acid bacteria of at least 10 8 per ml is used as the active substance. Spraying with the help of a spray of a bird with the drug “Prolam” is carried out 2-3 hours after the chickens have been planted in the housing at the rate of 20-30 ml per 100 goal. It is important not to combine treatment of chickens with probiotic “Prolam” with vaccinations, it should be done after the bird dries from vaccines.
However, the method also requires the use of a multicomponent drug (a large number of strains in its composition), which complicates the method, and, ultimately, increases its cost.
Treatment with drugs listed in analogues does not exclude vaccination, which is carried out according to the approved vaccination scheme. The timing of vaccination depends on the epizootic condition of the farm, as well as the level of immunity in poultry. In this case, vaccination is often accompanied by post-vaccination complications requiring the use of antibiotics.
Thus, on the one hand, modern veterinary medicine cannot do without antibiotics in the fight against a number of serious diseases, and on the other hand, in recent years there has been a brighter trend towards reducing the use of antibiotics in poultry farming. Since they are banned in many countries, poultry farmers are actively looking for efficient alternatives.
The technical problem of the invention is to develop a method aimed at reducing the use of antibiotics in poultry.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to increase the productivity and survival of the bird by reducing the post-vaccination complications and reducing the cost of their treatment.
This technical problem is solved by the fact that in the method of growing poultry, including the aerosol treatment of poultry with the active substance and its vaccination, according to the solution, 0.2% aqueous solution of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids is used as the active substance.
As a source of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids use the drug "Reasil® Humic Vet", which is a 10% solution of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids, which is dissolved with drinking water at a temperature of 18-22 o C.
In this case, aerosol treatment is carried out repeatedly before and after vaccination.
Processing carried out by the method of cold mist or spray method.
Numerous studies confirm that chickens suffer less on rations with humic acids, give more gain in live weight, they show a rise in immunity.
Solutions in which, for removal of post-vaccination complications, increase of productivity, survival of chickens, use an aqueous solution of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids (sodium potassium humate) through aerosol treatment of birds has not been identified.
The method is as follows.
Two days before and one day after vaccination, chickens are sprayed with a 0.2% solution of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids.
In particular, the preparation Reasil® Humic Vet, which is a 10% solution of dark brown humic acid obtained from Leonardite, is used as a source of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids.
As it is known from scientific sources, any source containing humic acids, not only Leonardite, but also peat, sapropel, compost can be selected as a source of sodium and potassium salts of humic acids.
In this case, the drug is used at a concentration of 2.0% (20.0 ml of “Reasil® Humic Vet” per 980.0 ml of water). The drug is pre-dissolved in drinking water at a temperature of 18-22 o C. On the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of life, an experimental group is sprayed with a 2.0% solution of Reasil® Humic Vet (20.0 ml of Reasil® Humic Vet with 980.0 ml of water). The treatment is carried out by the “Cold Mist” method for 20 minutes. The consumption of the solution per treatment was 10.0 liters per body with a volume of 4.5 thousand m 3 (2.2 ml of solution per 1.0 m 3 ), which contained 33.8 thousand chickens.
From 1 to 5 days in both poultry houses, prophylactic treatment with an antibacterial drug (enrofloxacin + colistin) is carried out, and on the 4th day vaccination of IB. These treatments caused postvaccinal complications in chickens, which were manifested in reduced appetite and increased fatigue, and in some cases a severe disease and even death.
Прирост цыплят контрольной группы в сутки был на 4,7 % меньше, чем в опытной (таблица 4).As a result of aerosol treatment, the chickens of the experimental group had a live weight of 2 grams more than their peers from the control group by the 7th day of life due to a higher average daily increase of 5.32 g. The growth of the chickens of the control group per day was 4.7% less than in the experimental (table 4).
