The tablets prepared in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention were examined for their parasite control effects: putting 50 goldfishes in each aquarium, and carrying out parasite (such as ichthyophthirius multifiliis, syphonaptera and the like) infection experiments, wherein 1 piece of goldfishes is put in 50L of water in the experiment process, and the putting is carried out once every 3 days; the control group was not dosed with any drug and the observed effect is shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the degerming tablet prepared by the invention has better effect on fish parasites. Compared with the comparative example, the cure rate of the tablets prepared in the examples 1 to 6 is over 90 percent; in comparative examples 1 to 9, some ingredients of the present invention were reduced to exert a certain effect as compared with the control group, but the cure rate was much lower than that of the tablets prepared in the examples of the present invention, demonstrating that only the complete formulation of the present invention acts simultaneously and the treatment effect on the above-mentioned conditions is the best.
In conclusion, the salt-containing degerming tablet for the aquarium fish has a good treatment effect on fungi and parasites, and is quick in effect and good in action effect; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, and the tablets are convenient to transport and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
Claims (4)
1. The salt-containing degerming tablet for the aquarium fishes is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
the medicine is mequindox and furazolidone; the weight ratio of the methyl blue to the malachite green is 1.5: 1;
the compound vitamin is at least two of vitamin A, vitamin D3 and vitamin B2; the composite mineral is at least two of medical stone, bentonite and zeolite;
the filler is one or more of starch, dextrin and microcrystalline cellulose;
the adhesive is an ethanol solution with the concentration of 18wt% -20wt% of PEG4000 or PEG 6000;
the lubricant is one or more of ethanol, calcium stearate and sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the effervescent disintegrant is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 1.2-1.5 of a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid.
4. the method for preparing a salt-containing sterilizing tablet for aquarium fishes as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
step 1: pulverizing the special salt for cultivation, compound vitamins, compound minerals, methyl blue, malachite green, medicine, filler, lubricant, and effervescent disintegrant, and sieving with 80-100 mesh sieve;
step 2: adding adhesive, granulating, drying at 50 deg.C, and tabletting to obtain salt-containing degerming tablet for aquarium fish.
