Claims (8)

1. A composition for preventing and treating streptococcicosis of sturgeon comprises the following components: immunopotentiator, vitamin C, three-yellow powder, streptococcal agent and florfenicol;
the immunopotentiator is allicin;
the mass ratio of the streptogramins to the florfenicol is 6-8: 2-4; the mass ratio of the immunopotentiator to the vitamin C to the three-yellow powder is 10-15: 1-2: 4-8;
the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials of the three-yellow powder consist of rhubarb, scutellaria and phellodendron and are from conventional markets.
2. Use of a composition according to claim 1 for the manufacture of a medicament for the prophylaxis and treatment of streptococcicosis in sturgeon, wherein said use comprises prophylaxis and treatment;
the prevention comprises the steps of carrying out first disinfection on the net cage and carrying out second disinfection on sturgeon fries;
the treatment comprises feeding with immunopotentiator, vitamin C, SANHUANG powder, streptococcal agent and florfenicol; the feeding comprises the following steps: the mixture of the streptomycin and the florfenicol is fed, 6-8 days are taken as a treatment course, 2-4 treatment courses are fed, the interval between every two treatment courses is 6-8 days, and 6-8 days of the interval between every two treatment courses are fed with an immunopotentiator, vitamin C and tribasic yellow powder.
3. Use according to claim 2, wherein the disinfectant used for the first disinfection comprises an iodine preparation and/or chlorine dioxide.
4. The use according to claim 3, wherein the iodine formulation is used in an amount of 200-300 mL per acre per meter of water depth; the dosage of the chlorine dioxide is 2-4 g/m3
5. The use according to claim 2, wherein the disinfectant used for the second disinfection comprises an aqueous solution of povidone-iodine or glutaraldehyde; the concentration of the povidone iodine is 45-55 ppm; the concentration of the glutaraldehyde water solution is 25-35 ppm.
6. Use according to claim 2, wherein the second sterilization takes place for a period of 3 to 5 min.
7. The use of claim 2, wherein the immunopotentiator, vitamin C and tribasic yellow powder are fed in a form of dressing; the weight ratio of the immunopotentiator to the feed is 10-15: 1000; the weight ratio of the vitamin C to the feed is 1-2: 1000; the weight ratio of the three-yellow powder to the feed is 4-8: 1000.
8. The use of claim 7, wherein the feeding times of the streptogramin and the florfenicol are 1-3 times per day; the total feeding amount of the streptomycin and the florfenicol is 0.12-0.15 g per kilogram of fish bodies.
