EFFECT: this invention provides a guaranteed separation of tubers from the rootstocks of sunroot, a sparing effect on the tubers, improves separation from the ground, allows you to reduce the cost of production Jerusalem artichoke.

Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for harvesting root crops, namely Jerusalem artichoke.

A known machine for harvesting root crops, mainly Jerusalem artichoke, including sequentially mounted on the frame copying wheels, digging up working bodies, a separating elevator, crushing, transporting and unloading device (Patent for invention RU No. 2212126, IPC A01D 17/04, 2001).

The lump-breaking device of the known machine, combining the functions of breaking up lumps and tearing off tubers, is made in the form of counter-rotating rotors installed in the longitudinal-vertical plane, the surface of each of which is formed from cantilevered rods working towards the flow of rhizomes.

A disadvantage of the known machine is that to ensure the process of tuber detachment, it is necessary that the rotors of the tuber detachment mechanism rotate at high speed, while the rhizomes on the separating elevator are in a free position, are not oriented by the rhizome to the rotors and fall into the rotors by any part that queue can cause damage to tubers or poor separation. All this leads to the need for additional measures to clean the rhizome in the hospital.

The disadvantage of the prototype in the first place is that the rhizomes are processed for a short period of time. In addition, long rhizomes collide with rollers, while short rhizomes pass over the separation mechanism. Moreover, to ensure the process of separation of tubers, the rollers must rotate at high speed, which causes damage to the tubers when they are separated from the rhizome. All this leads to the need for additional measures to clean the rhizomes in the hospital.

An object of the invention is to improve the quality of separation from the rhizome of Jerusalem artichoke tubers, reduce trauma, improve separation from the ground, increase labor productivity, reduce the cost of production of Jerusalem artichoke.

The task is achieved in that a top-lifting comb for harvesting Jerusalem artichoke, including a frame, digging tools, a top-lifting device, a bar-bar separating elevator and tuber separation mechanism, according to the invention, the tuber separation mechanism is made in the form of a tuber separation mechanism and a bar bar separator elevator passive sections of spring rubberized rods mounted on a frame pairwise mirror to each other in a row, while the sections are installed on d angle to the working circuit of the top-lifting device with the ability to adjust the angle of narrowing along the top-lifting device.

The hauling-combing adapter for harvesting Jerusalem artichoke is mounted on the frame of a root-harvesting machine and is a replaceable specialized working body.

The adapter includes a digging plow 2 sequentially mounted on the frame 1, a top-lifting device 3, a bar-bar separating elevator 4 and a tuber separation mechanism in the form of a series of passive sections 5 of spring rubber rods 6, mounted on the frame 1 mirror-to-each other with narrowing in each following next to. The invention works as follows.

The green mass of Jerusalem artichoke is mowed, leaving stems 20-25 cm high. A replaceable specialized working body is installed on the tuber harvester - a mowing and combing adapter for harvesting Jerusalem artichoke.

The ploughshare 2 of the heading-combing adapter digs up and raises the partially destroyed soil layer and the stems with rhizomes located in it, which are caught by flexible tapes of the working circuit of the heading device 3, and move above the bar-rod separating elevator 4 to the area of the passive sections 5. Installation of sections 5 on the frame 1, mirror-to-each other in three rows with a narrowing from row to row along the topping device 3 gives a uniform brushing of the rhizomes 9 passing between them with the separation of the tubers 10.

Separated tubers 10 fall on a bar-bar separating elevator 4 and then on a finger slide 7, where they are cleaned of heaps and, under their own weight, are rolled into the hopper 8 of a tuber harvesting machine.

The use of a top-combing adapter when harvesting Jerusalem artichoke will ensure guaranteed separation of tubers from the root of Jerusalem artichoke, sparing effect on tubers, better separation from the ground and will reduce the cost of production of Jerusalem artichoke.
