Magnetotherapy is one of the areas of physiotherapy in which a magnetic field is used to treat patients. In recent decades, magnetotherapy has been widely used in medical practice in the treatment of osteochondrosis, arthrosis, cardiovascular system, problems after dental operations, trigeminal neuritis, etc. In magnetotherapy, static and variable (including traveling and pulsed) magnetic fields with induction of 20-100 mT are usually used. If the shape of the alternating magnetic field is important, then it is specifically stipulated that we are talking about a traveling or pulsed magnetic field. The magnetic field can be homogeneous and inhomogeneous. Distinguish between the use of high or low frequency alternating magnetic fields. Magnetotherapy is used both in hospitals (local, or local, and general), and at home (local) independently by the patient using portable devices (with magnetic field induction up to 30 mT. Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation). For reference: the average magnitude of the magnetic field of the Earth is 50 μT. The physical essence of the effect of a magnetic field on the body is that the eddy currents generated, affecting the electrically charged particles moving in the patient’s body, affect the delicate physicochemical and biochemical processes, including the physicochemical properties of the body’s water systems, orientation proteins and free radicals; permeability of cell membranes. Using magnetic fields, it is possible to correct nerve, immune, metabolic processes in tissues. Magnetotherapy has a trophic, decongestant, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, lymphatic drainage, hypotensive and hypocoagulating effect. It is shown that the use of a low-frequency magnetic field in the range of 50-150 Hz allows you to synchronize its action with a large number of biological rhythms. Starting from the metabolic process in cells and ending with the functional activity of individual systems and organs, which leads in practice to the development of positive chronobiological effects [V. Illarionov Magnetotherapy. 2016. M.: URSS. 136 p.]. In the medical equipment market, there are a number of devices for local and general magnetotherapy, mainly using a pulsed alternating magnetic field, for example, devices for local magnetotherapy “Almag”, “Hummingbird”, “Nevoton”, “Diamag”, etc.
Known attempts to create devices for combining and controlling magnetic fields. Thus, a device for combined photon stimulation is known [US Patent No. 6520903]. An electromagnetic stimulation device is proposed that generates a combination of repetitive pulses of the full spectrum of light and a magnetic field (frequency range not specified) to facilitate energy distribution and analgesia. The level of currents induced by a pulsed magnetic field is limited in amplitude to a value not exceeding the expected threshold for stimulation of the nerve fiber. A wide range of light pulses and magnetic fields are used to provide a resonance criterion for enhancing energy transfer.
A device and method for generating magnetic fields is also known [US Application No. 201330261374]. The present invention relates to an improvement in a magnetic field generating device for the needs of therapy and an improvement in a treatment method using the magnetic field induction phenomenon (PEMFT). The method and device use pulses of variable magnetic fields of specific characteristics, which were found to have a therapeutic effect. In particular, the present invention relates to a device and method for creating a diverse and controlled magnetic fields, mainly in devices with manual control for medical or therapeutic applications. The main direction is improving blood circulation. Anesthesia is considered as a special case. Exposure to the magnetic field is on the whole patient or on a fairly large area of the body.
As a direction of physiotherapy, magnetotherapy has the following contraindications: during pregnancy; with blood diseases, atherosclerosis, 3rd stage of hypertension; use with caution in oncological diseases.
Magnetotherapy is becoming an effective treatment method that has an analgesic effect in various diseases, including those associated with chronic pain. Chronic (protolytic, secondary) pain, in contrast to the primary acute pain that occurs with destructive effects on certain tissues and organs, is recognized by the patient more slowly, is poorly determined and localized, has a “pulling” character, adaptation does not develop to it, it proceeds for more for a long time and over time, it no longer depends on the underlying disease or the previous damaging factor, accompanied by emotional (psychogenic) experience. As a rule, the diagnosis of "chronic pain" is made in the case of ongoing pain for 3 months, even with a general improvement in the patient's condition. Upon transition to a chronic pain syndrome, chronic pain becomes life-threatening, because is a generalized reaction of the whole organism and is characterized by the activation of metabolic processes, tension of the endocrine, cardiovascular and respiratory systems to a stress level [Kukushkin M. L., Khitrov N. S. General pathology of pain. 2004. M.: Medicine. 144 p.]. Relieving chronic pain remains an urgent problem in modern medicine, despite the wide and effective use of a number of well-known analgesics, the possibilities of surgical interventions and physiotherapeutic rehabilitation. The solution to the problem is largely determined by progress in research in neurophysiology, immunohistochemistry, neuropharmacology to study the fundamental mechanisms of pain, identification of receptors and processes involved in the formation and transmission of pain.
A known method of treating trigeminal neuritis [RF patent No. 2093208]. The invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and physiotherapy. The aim of the invention is the elimination of pain, restoration of tactile sensitivity, the exclusion of the effects of drugs. To do this, apply the influence of a constant magnetic field. 3-4 micromagnets with magnetic induction of 60-70 mT are applied to the face skin in the projection of the trigeminal nerve branches for 2 hours a day for 10 days daily or for 1 month for 3 days of exposure with three-day intervals. Within 3-4 days of treatment, the severity of the pain syndrome decreases, by the end of the course of procedures, the pain syndrome is stopped, the duration of the effect is up to 6 months or, in some cases, the pain is completely eliminated. The disadvantages of this method are the exposure mode - a high value of magnetic field induction, the multiplicity of procedures that can lead to hemodynamic disorders, as well as a long time to eliminate the pain syndrome - from 10 days to 1 month.
There is a method of treating trigeminal neuralgia and neuritis by the combined effect of a low-frequency pulsed electric current, a pulsed magnetic field and mud applications and an increase in the area of influence related not only to the reflexogenic area of the trigeminal nerve, but also to the autonomic and entire central nervous systems that provide trophic processes in the body [RF patent No. 2551228]. In the known method, after using the electric current, a low-intensity pulsed magnetic field is applied from the Hummingbird apparatus in the mode of 3.5-32 mT to the head area (wider than the branches of the trigeminal nerve), to the neck and upper third of the chest, the exposure time is 10-15 min, then use the mud "Tomed", the general course of treatment includes 8-15 procedures. The treatment of pronounced chronic pain syndrome was carried out. The method involves the treatment of a purely medical institution. The achieved effect is a marked improvement with prolonged remission up to one year, an improvement in the quality of life of patients with this pathology. The disadvantages of this method are the complex exposure regimen, after which the patient must be monitored in a hospital, the number of required procedures. Pain syndrome is not completely eliminated.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, traumatology. The method includes exposure to a patient in an initial position lying on his stomach with a traveling pulsed magnetic field from the ALMAG apparatus. The inductor coils are placed contact along the spine in the area of the projection of the compression fracture, they are exposed to a field with an induction of 20 mT, the exposure time is selected taking into account the age of the child: in the treatment of children 8-11 years old, 8 minutes, 12-14 years old - 10 minutes Procedures are carried out daily. For a course of 8-10 procedures and from 3-5 days, children receive a course of physiotherapy exercises in 1 complex daily. The implementation of the method allows to reduce the time limits on the mobility of the spine, reduce the intensity of pain after 2-3 procedures, stop the pain by the end of the course of treatment. It is shown that when using a traveling pulsed magnetic field, the time spent by patients in a strict horizontal position is reduced. The disadvantage of this method is the relatively long time to eliminate the pain syndrome.

A direct analogue of the claimed invention in technical essence (the use of a weak alternating magnetic field, the magnitude of the magnetic induction of 200-400 μT was not found). Closest to the claimed invention (prototype method), a method for treating gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer (RF patent No. 2487737) was chosen, since it, like the claimed invention, uses a low-frequency alternating magnetic field (magnetic induction is 100 times larger - 30 mT) without emphasis on the shape of the field: pulsed or traveling. The known invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the period of exacerbation. To do this, in the morning on an empty stomach, the patient is orally administered a solution of a placental hydrolyzate at the rate of 2 ml of the drug per 200 ml of water at a temperature of 37 ° C. After this, magnetophoresis is performed. For this patient, they are laid on their back and act on the epigastric region and on the area of the projection of the duodenum by the MAG-30 magnetotherapy apparatus. The magnitude of the magnetic induction is 30 ± 15 mT with a frequency of 50 Hz of an alternating magnetic field. The exposure time is 10 minutes After 2 procedures, the exposure time is increased to 15 minutes until the end of the course. The course includes 15 daily procedures. The method provides an acceleration of the healing of a ulcerative defect and stable remission of the disease due to the stimulation of regenerative processes, a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, normalization of the function of the conjugated organs and relief of the pain syndrome. The disadvantage of this method is the impact on large areas and a decrease in pain by 10-15 days of treatment.
The device of the MAG series is also successfully used in the treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
An analysis of known analogues indicates that the most effective methods of relieving chronic pain use predominantly an alternating magnetic field with relatively high values of magnetic field induction (20-50 mT). Exposure, with rare exceptions, is to large areas of the body (with general magnetotherapy - to the entire body), not only afferent nerve fibers that conduct pain can be affected, but also efferent fibers that provide motor activity, which is not always acceptable for the body . In addition, with local magnetotherapy, as a rule, several sources of a magnetic field are used. The procedures are carried out repeatedly, which can lead to negative consequences - the appearance of hemodynamic disorders. It takes several days to reduce pain, and to completely eliminate pain - from 10 days to 1 month. Known methods extend to the elimination of pain of a particular etiology. It should be noted that these well-known approaches to the relief of pain using a magnetic field have almost exhausted the resource for varying its parameters, and the known devices for conducting magnetotherapy work in strictly defined predetermined intervals. As mentioned above, the elimination of the modern drawbacks of magnetotherapy is possible as a result of the study and the delicate effect on the more subtle mechanisms of the occurrence of chronic pain.
Thus, it can be stated that the relief of chronic pain without analgesics by applying a magnetic field is a promising method and an urgent problem.
Disclosure of invention
The objective of the invention is the creation of a universal method of stopping chronic pain syndrome, significantly reducing the degree of exposure to a magnetic field on the patient's body, i.e. reducing the values of the parameters of the used magnetic field, effective area and duration of its exposure in comparison with known analogues.
This problem is solved by the claimed invention - a method of stopping peripheral neurogenic chronic pain syndrome.
The inventive method is characterized by the following set of essential features:
1. A method of stopping peripheral neurogenic chronic pain syndrome, including exposure to a magnetic field, characterized in that they affect the patient's pain point with a weak alternating magnetic field with a magnetic induction of 200-400 μT and a frequency individually selected during the first 3-5 minutes of exposure in the interval 10-180 Hz for the effect of reducing pain, with exposure after establishing individual exposure parameters for one procedure lasting 20-30 minutes
2. The method of relieving chronic pain syndrome according to claim 1, characterized in that in case of failure of a single exposure, a course of therapy of up to 10 procedures is carried out.
The set of essential features of the proposed method provides a technical result - relief of chronic pain syndrome while minimizing the parameters, localization and time of exposure to a magnetic field. The value of magnetic induction in the claimed method is 100-200 times less than in analogues, the effect is directly on the pain point, pain disappears in one procedure, lasting 20-30 minutes, to consolidate the effect, a course of several procedures can be recommended. The pain syndrome is completely eliminated. Thus, a gentle method of magnetotherapy is claimed. There are no clinical manifestations of the aftereffect.
The inventive method differs from the known prototype method by the magnitude of the magnetic induction, the localization of the impact on the pain point, the individualization of the frequency of the magnetic field, the exposure time. Such sparing parameters are not observed in any of the known analogues.
The analysis of the prior art did not allow to find a solution that completely coincides in the totality of essential features with the claimed, which may indicate its novelty.
Only the set of essential features of the proposed method is local exposure to a patient’s pain point with a weak alternating magnetic field with a magnetic induction of 200-400 μT and a frequency individually selected during the first 3-5 minutes of exposure in the range of 10-180 Hz according to the effect of reducing pain, in during one procedure lasting 20-30 minutes, allows you to achieve the specified technical result. It was completely unexpected that the claimed level of magnitude of magnetic induction will have a similar therapeutic effect.
Это позволяет утверждать о соответствии заявляемого способа условию охраноспособности «изобретательский уровень» («неочевидность»).The intensity level of the used magnetic field is determined by the minimum sufficiency for obtaining the magnetobiological effect (MBE) and the absence of the effect of the effect on neighboring nerve fibers. Until now, it was believed that the effective level of magnetic induction should be at least 20 mT. This allows us to confirm the compliance of the proposed method with the eligibility condition "inventive step" ("non-obviousness").
To confirm the compliance of the claimed invention to the requirement of "industrial applicability" we give examples of specific implementations.

Examples of the implementation of the method of relief of chronic pain
1.Example 1
р. Patient S., born in 1962 Diagnosis: osteochondrosis of the lumbosacral, disc herniation L4-L5, L5-S1, muscular-tonic pain syndrome. Previously applied treatment: physiotherapy, acupressure, physiotherapy exercises. Drug treatment: muscle relaxant, NSAIDs, vitamins gr. B, hormone therapy.
The patient is laid on a couch, on his stomach. For convenience, a pillow is placed under the head. On the back in the area of the spine localize the area of pain. This localization can be carried out both by the patient himself, simply pointing a finger at a sore spot, and the doctor. It is not necessary to take off the clothes, since the proposed method of treatment refers to the category of non-invasive and non-contact. An inductor made in the form of a solenoid, which is connected to a signal generator, is superimposed on a sore spot. Inductor dimensions: inner radius of the coil - 4.5 cm, height - 5 cm. The effect begins with a weak alternating magnetic field. The maximum value of the magnetic field induction generated by this inductor is 400 μT, which does not exceed the average value of the magnetic field induction in urban electric vehicles. The weight of the inductor is small (about 100 g), many patients do not even feel it when applied. When applying an inductor, they try to combine its center with a pain point. In this example, the inductor was superimposed on a pain point in the region of 4-5 vertebrae of the lumbosacral region.
After applying the inductor to the sore spot, the signal generator is turned on and the frequency is adjusted at which the pain sensation begins to decrease. The time spent searching for the necessary parameters was about 3 minutes. For each patient, such characteristics are strictly individual. In addition, such characteristics depend on the location of the pain area and the nature of the pain (pulsating, aching, etc.). After determining the desired frequency of the magnetic field, a temporary exposure is performed. For this patient, the selected frequency was 90 Hz, and the exposure time was 20 minutes. The time for a significant reduction in pain is the first 5-10 minutes.
After the end of the magnetic exposure procedure, the patient gets up and leaves. For this patient, the relief of pain after one procedure in duration was 16 hours. The procedure was repeated in several sessions. When carrying out repeated procedures, the search time for specific characteristics of the magnetic field is significantly reduced, since the main range of their location was previously determined. After 10 procedures, the pain syndrome was eliminated.
The procedure for stopping chronic pain can be accompanied by a magnetic diagnostic tool, the conduct of which before and after exposure to a magnetic field allows you to judge the effectiveness of this type of treatment.
