Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: capsulotomy of an ankle joint is performed through an arched incision along an inner surface of the ankle joint. A distal end of the tibia bone is separated from the incision. That is followed by a shortening osteotomy of the distal end of the tibia bone so that it encloses a moved instep bone tightly. An achieved middle position of the foot is fixed with K-wires. The wound is closed in layers.

EFFECT: method recovers the support ability of the highly defective single-toe foot so makes the lower extremity available for orthosis repair.

Положительный эффект заявляемого изобретения заключается в том, что упрощается оперативное лечение и сокращаются сроки послеоперационного периода, после выполнения операции по заявляемому способу, восстанавливается опороспособность резко недоразвитой однопалой стопы и нижняя конечность становится пригодной для ортезирования.
