SUBSTANCE: log carrier includes self-moving crawler chassis (1) on the framework of which following devices are installed: hydraulic manipulator (2) with executive device, cargo platform (3), cabin (4) and pusher (5) with blade (6), tusks (7) and hydraulic drive (8). The pusher (5) is equipped with rope lacing device for logs which device contains two winches (9) with ropes (10) and hooks (11) installed at both boards which winches are equipped with hydraulic drives and fixed on rear surface of blade (6) so that drum of each winch (9) extends out of transversal dimension blade (6), and braces (14), mounted on outer faces of pusher (5) tusks (7).

EFFECT: higher log carrier floatation when working on loose grounds.

Description

The invention relates to vehicles for the transport of long loads in the logging industry, mainly to sortimentovoz.

Known sortimentovoz [1], adopted for the analogue, containing a self-propelled caterpillar chassis, on the skeleton of which are placed a hydraulic pusher (light bulldozer) with a blade and fangs, a hydraulic manipulator, a cabin and a cargo platform.

A disadvantage of the well-known sortimentovoz is its low throughput during a cargo run, which is caused by the placement of a transportable bundle of assortments in the back of the skeleton: with significant technological loads, the machine is uplifted, the pressure diagram of the loaded machine on the supporting surface becomes extremely uneven, and the resultant of normal soil reactions applied in the center of pressure, moves to the trailing edge of the support surface of the propulsion device.

Known sortimentovoz [2], adopted for the prototype, containing a self-propelled caterpillar chassis, on the skeleton of which are located a hydraulic manipulator, a hydraulic pusher with a blade and fangs, a cabin and a loading platform. Although the weight distribution of the short log truck is somewhat improved due to the installation of a hydraulic manipulator on the skeleton of the chassis in front of the cab, the cross-country ability of the short log truck when working on poorly connected soils with large traveling loads is unsatisfactory.

The technical result of this work is to increase the patency of the assortment truck when working on poorly connected soils.

In the proposed sortimentovoz, the indicated technical result is achieved by placing and securely fixing part of the bundle of transportable assortments on the pusher by supplying it with a cable sorting device for assortments containing two installed side-by-side winches with cables and hooks equipped with a hydraulic drive in the form of reversible hydraulic motors and mounted on the rear surface blade with brackets so that the drum of each winch protrudes beyond the transverse dimension of the blade, and brackets mounted on the outer ends Lykov pusher.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, in which Fig. 1 is a side view of a sortiment truck during a cargo run with a portion of a bundle of transportable assortments fixed on a pusher, and Fig. 2 is a front view of a pusher.

The sortimentovoz contains a self-propelled caterpillar chassis 1, on the back of which there is a hydraulic manipulator 2 with a working body, a cargo platform 3, a cabin 4 and a pusher 5 with a blade 6, fangs 7 and a hydraulic drive 8. The pusher 5 is equipped with a cable bundle assortment device containing two installed outboard winches 9 with cables 10 and hooks 11, equipped with a hydraulic actuator in the form of reversible hydraulic motors 12 and mounted on the rear surface of the blade 6 using brackets 13 so that the drum of each winch 9 protrudes beyond the transverse dimension of the blade 6, and staples 14 mounted on the outer ends of the fangs 7 of the pusher 5.

The drawings also indicate assortments 15 placed in the loading platform 3, and assortments 16 held on the pusher 5 by a cable strapping device.

Sortimentovoz works as follows. If it is necessary to move a loaded sortimentovoz along an impassable part of the dragging on poorly connected soils, stop the sortimentovoz and lower the pusher 5 with hydraulic drive 8 from the transport position down to the stop in the ground. The rotation of the hydraulic motors 12 is the unwinding of the cables 10 from the drums of the winches 9, and then manually put the cables 10 on the ground in front of the sortimentovoz in the form of two branches, approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the logs. The hydraulic manipulator 2 transfers several assortments from the cargo platform 3 forward and stack them on the laid cables 10 so that the ends of the assortments are approximately equal to the longitudinal axis of the sortimentovoz. Manually grab assortments of 16 assorted cables 10 to the left and right of the longitudinal axis of the assortment carrier and hook hooks 11 for the corresponding brackets 13. Rotate the hydraulic motors 12 to wind the cables 10 onto the winch drums 9, which leads to the assortment of assortments 16 with two cable loops, the forces of which are sufficient for reliable fixation of assortments 16 on the pusher 5. With a hydraulic actuator 8, the pusher 5 is lifted together with the assortments 16 in the transport position and the assortment carrier begins to move along an impassable section in milk.

After overcoming the difficult terrain by a sortimentovoz truck with a hydraulic manipulator 2, the assortments are transferred from the pusher 5 back to the cargo platform 3. At the same time, all the described operations are performed in the reverse order.

Transferring part of the weight of the pack of transported assortments from the support point on the loading platform to the support point on the pusher shifts the coordinate of the center of mass of the loaded sortiment truck forward and provides a more uniform plot of ground pressure.

The equalization of the plot of pressure on the soil improves the traction and coupling qualities, reduces the energy consumption for moving the sortimentovoz and increases its patency on loosely coupled soils.

Sortimentovoz containing a self-propelled tracked chassis, on the skeleton of which there is a hydraulic manipulator, a hydraulic pusher with a blade and fangs, a cabin and a loading platform, characterized in that the pusher is equipped with a cable sorting device for assortments, containing two installed side-by-side winches with cables and hooks equipped with a hydraulic drive in the form of reversible hydraulic motors and mounted on the rear surface of the blade with the help of brackets so that the drum of each winch protrudes beyond the transverse dimension of the blade, and the brackets, molded on the outer ends of the pusher fangs.
