According to the other version, the tea contains the same components and additionally - a flavouring agent, at the following components ratio, (wt %): meadow pine grass - 25-35, common dandelion roots - 25-35, hibiscus flowers -16-26, nettle leaves - 6-20, L- carnitine - 2-4, gamboge (Garcinia) fruits - 0.5-2.5, flavouring agent - up to 6.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure production of a tea that has a light red colour resembling that of wine, a sourish astringent taste with a light bitterness savour resembling that of natural wine based on healing herbs as well as a light wine aroma or a pronounced aroma depending on a flavouring agent (according to the first and the second version respectively); the tea provides for gradual and efficient body weight reduction, lightly achieved under household conditions and without negative side effects, promotes metabolism and the digestive tract condition improvement, prophylactics and prevention of body overweight and thirst quenching.

Description

The invention relates to the tea industry of the food industry, in particular to the production of tea substitutes, and can be used at tea factories for packaging and blending tea products during the off-season, as well as in specialized workshops of food processing plants or any small industries.

Various compositions of herbal teas are known, including various medicinal plants in their composition. The general focus of the drinks obtained in this case is the preventive improvement of the body, since almost any herbal remedy has one or another therapeutic property, as well as traditional tea drinks - black and green teas. The combination of means with specific properties allows you to get a specific focus.

Various compositions are known that involve the use of cassia leaves and hibiscus flowers and may additionally contain flavoring and aromatic components.

Cassia is characterized by a strong laxative effect, and hibiscus has an anti-bleeding and anti-inflammatory effect, due to which it softens the side and undesirable effects of cassia.

Four examples of known hibiscus and cassia teas are presented below.

Tea, known from patent RU 2162644, consists of a mixture of hibiscus flowers and cassia leaves in an amount of 97 ÷ 99.6 weight percent and herbal additives in an amount of 0.4 ÷ 3.0%. This tea promotes weight loss and stabilizes blood pressure. Due to the high content of cassia leaves in the composition, the composition works as a strong laxative, which does not allow using it as an everyday drink - herbal tea or herbal tea.

Herbal tea, known from patent RU2178649, contains 40–70 weight percent of hibiscus leaves and 20–35% of senna, that is, dried leaves and pods of cassia, and a flavoring agent in an amount of 0.1–40%. This tea is a pleasant drink and has the properties of dietary supplements - dietary supplements for weight loss. This composition does not so severely affect the function of the intestines, however, its biological value does not allow using it as a vitamin-enriching everyday drink.

Known from the description of the Polish invention (application PL 349692), a pharmaceutical preparation for weight loss and / or prevention of completeness consists of 30-50 parts by weight of senna and 50 ÷ 70 parts by weight of dried hibiscus flowers; may also include herbal flavors and / or aromas. The high content of cassia leaves in the composition also does not allow its use as an everyday drink.

From the patent RU2312509, a herbal tea composition is known, including 30–40 weight percent of hibiscus, 15–25 weight percent of wild rose fruit, 25–35% blueberry or lilac, 10–20% senna and 0.1–10% flavor. This tea, along with properties that contribute to weight loss, has a positive effect on the body's immune system, is a source of multivitamins, and also serves as a balanced, tasty drink - a substitute for tea, used as an everyday drink. However, its ability to reduce patient weight is not high.

The foregoing indicates the widespread use of both hibiscus flowers and cassia leaves, as well as their ability to manifest completely different, unexpected properties in various combinations.

Chinese medicine uses cassia narrow-leaved leaves in small doses to improve appetite, as a laxative, for edema, glaucoma, oligomenorrhea, externally for conjunctivitis, pyoderma, etc.

However, like all laxatives containing anthraglycosides, cassia is not recommended or limited in its use for pregnant and lactating women, as well as for bowel obstruction. For all other categories of the population by age and physiological characteristics, cassia leaves are acceptable both in compositions and in pure form.

Hibiscus - red mallow or Sudanese rose, or hibiscus tea contains various organic acids, rubbery substances, flavonoids, neutral and acidic polysaccharides, including arabinose, ramnose, galactose, traces of xylose, and galacturonic acid. The seeds contain fatty oil 11 ÷ 23.8%. Hibiscic acid detected.

The plant has antibiotic properties against Staphylococcus aureus, it is used as a diuretic, as a diaphoretic for skin diseases, etc. In African folk medicine it is used as an anticonvulsant, bactericidal, diuretic, choleretic, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, and also with wet eczema.

Known herbal medicine (patent RU 2203677), intended, in particular, for the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract and the normalization of metabolism and body weight. This elixir is a mixture of water-alcohol extracts of medicinal plant materials, including, as additional components, may contain water-alcohol extracts of dandelion root and / or hibiscus flowers, and / or nettle leaves or horsetail grass. However, the effect of this herbal preparation is not effective enough to reduce excess weight. In addition, its use is limited due to the presence of an alcohol component.

Other teas are also known for the prevention or treatment of other diseases that do not contain cassia / senna.

This tea, like the others listed above, contains hibiscus flowers, in this case in the amount of 15 weight percent, and the rest of its mass is a mixture of more than ten components, prepared from well-known plants found everywhere. Tea also contains a small amount of nettle.

Herbal tea is known from patent RU 2142235, which contains various medicinal plants in its composition at certain proportions, and along with a sufficiently large number of plants, senna, that is, cassia or the Alexandrian leaf, is present. And although it does not contain hibiscus, it also contains other components that are not found in the above teas, such as, for example, horsetail grass. The composition of this tea also includes nettle leaves.

This composition allows you to get a drink aimed at maintaining the tone of the body at a certain time of the day: morning, afternoon and evening, as well as some weight loss due to the presence of Senna leaves in the composition.

The objective of the variant of the present invention was to create a phytopreparation in the form of tea with high biological activity, normalizing metabolism and helping to reduce excess weight without any undesirable effects, and vice versa - with a preventive focus on improving the body as a whole, as well as improving organoleptic qualities - improving taste and colors.

The problem is solved due to the fact that slimming tea containing L-carnitine and garcinia cambodia contains garcinia cambodia in the form of fruits and additionally also contains field horsetail grass, nettle leaves, hibiscus flowers and medicinal dandelion root in the following ratio of components (in weight percent ):
