Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the construction and can be used for cladding facades and improve thermal protection of residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, both reconstructed and newly built.
Thermal insulation panels are designed as an element of high energy-saving technologies, which in their design and technological features significantly surpasses traditional thermal insulation materials. In addition, often modern thermal insulation panels consist of several functional layers that perform both the thermal insulation function and at the same time serve for facing buildings and structures. So, the existing facade heat-insulating panels are almost a finished facade, including facing elements and heat-insulating material, which are connected to each other in a certain way. At the same time, the quality and appearance of the cladding are almost impeccable. There are many types of panels that differ in design, materials used, methods of fastening to the facade. The requirements for thermal insulation panels are also known. These include high thermal performance, durability, fire resistance, strength and reliability, quick and easy installation in various weather conditions and many other conditions. However, existing types of thermal insulation panels often do not satisfy one or another of the requirements listed above. Often the panels are not strong enough or rigid, which causes a decrease in their operational reliability, and often it is necessary to carry out rather complicated installation work, which requires both high professionalism of the staff and an increase in the material costs of installation. Methods of manufacturing panels also vary depending on the complexity of the panel and the technical result that must be achieved when using the product. Therefore, an urgent problem is the method of creating a heat-insulating panel, which would allow to ensure the production of products that meet all the requirements for this type of product.
The closest analogue of the proposed solution is the solution presented in the patent of Ukraine No. 10001, where the thermal insulation panel contains many facing elements located with a gap relative to each other, adhered to one of the surfaces of the layer of thermal insulation material with jumpers in the gaps between the tiles. The panel may have a diverse geometric shape, cladding elements may also have a diverse geometric shape and a different texture.
The disadvantage of this solution is the lack of rigidity of the panel, which does not allow for high reliability, durability and safety of operation of this product.
The basis of the invention is the task to develop a method of manufacturing a heat-insulating panel, which due to its simplicity and effectiveness, as well as through the introduction of a special fine filler, allows to obtain a product with high technological and operational characteristics.
Another objective of the invention is the development of a heat-insulating panel, which, due to its design and materials used in the manufacture, will provide high thermal performance, rigidity, reliability, durability and fire resistance of the structure, as well as ensure ease of installation.
The problem is solved in that in a method of manufacturing a heat-insulating panel, including placing on the supporting surface of the facing tiles with gaps relative to each other, pouring on the tiles a fluid heat-insulating material and polymerizing the latter with the formation of a layer of thermal insulation material adhered to the facing tiles with jumpers in the gaps between the tiles, Before filling the insulating material, the gaps between the tiles are at least partially filled with finely divided particles. an inert solid material, the particles of which have a high adhesiveness to the heat-insulating material. This implementation of the method of manufacturing a heat-insulating board provides an additional connection of tiles with a layer of heat-insulating material and at the same time forms the basis for the final grouting of the joints with a specially selected fire-resistant mortar. When pouring a fluid heat-insulating material, it passes into a layer of finely divided solid inert material, while the liquid layer of the heat-insulating material envelops the particles of inert material, which leads to adhesion on the surface of its particles of inert material with a heat-insulating material. This, in turn, allows for high panel stiffness, which in turn increases the economic efficiency of the widespread implementation of the method and to obtain a high-quality final product.
Preferred is such an implementation of the method in which a finely divided solid inert material is filled into the gaps between the tiles with a layer whose thickness is equal to the thickness of the facing tile. The introduction of finely divided solid inert material in this way allows us to provide the necessary rigidity of the heat-insulating plate, to increase its operational reliability and durability, as well as to facilitate grouting of joints with fire-resistant material. When a layer of inert material is formed, the thickness of which is less than the thickness of the facing tile, adhesion of the surface of the particles of inert material to the heat-insulating material is not sufficiently ensured.
Preferably, silica sand, which is widely used in the construction industry due to its physicotechnical properties, is used as a finely divided solid inert material.
It is preferable to use polyurethane foam as a fluid insulating material. Polyurethane foam is a light and durable hydro thermal insulation material with a peculiar structure, due to which it has the lowest coefficient of thermal conductivity and the smallest water absorption compared to other thermal insulation materials. The popularity of polyurethane foams is explained by the simplicity of the process of their preparation at the place of use. This is achieved by the fact that the initial raw material for the production of polyurethane foams is liquid products of different viscosity, when mixed in a certain ratio, a chemical reaction of polymer synthesis occurs with its foaming, which is formed (evaporated) during the reaction by a gaseous medium. A flame retardant, such as a flame retardant, is added to the starting components. Thus, the use of the specified heat-insulating material allows to provide high thermal characteristics of the product obtained using this method.
It is preferable to implement a method in which a protective layer of paper is additionally formed by adhering it to the side of the formation of heat-insulating material free of tiles. Special paper, such as paraffin laminated paper, is used as paper. This allows you to provide additional protection for the layer of insulating material from external negative effects, thereby increasing the operational characteristics of the product obtained by the method that is claimed.
It is also preferable to implement a method in which elements of non-combustible building materials are placed to form fire spouts. Non-combustible mineral wool slabs are used as material for fire spatter. This allows you to ensure safety during operation of products obtained by the claimed method, which in turn helps to increase the economic efficiency of the implementation of the method.
Another task is solved in that the heat-insulating panel contains a plurality of facing elements arranged with a gap relative to each other, adhered to one of the surface of the formation of heat-insulating material with jumpers in the gaps between the tiles, while the heat-insulating material of the jumpers in the gaps between the tiles contains a finely divided solid inert material whose particles have a high adhesive ability to a heat-insulating material. This embodiment of the heat-insulating board provides an additional connection of the facing tiles with the layer of heat-insulating material and at the same time forms the basis for the final grouting of the joints with a specially selected mortar containing a fire-resistant additive, for example, Silafor. When pouring a fluid heat-insulating material, it passes into a layer of finely divided solid inert material, while the liquid layer of the heat-insulating material envelops the particles of inert material, which leads to adhesion on the surface of its particles of inert material with a heat-insulating material. This, in turn, makes it possible to ensure high rigidity of the panel, its reliability and durability, which in turn increases the economic efficiency of the use of heat-insulating panels and allows to obtain the final product of high quality.
Thanks to the selection of structural materials, the thermal insulation panel corresponds to the principle of external thermal insulation ideal from the point of view of building physics. It not only provides protection against heat loss and fire safety, but also significantly improves the microclimate of the room. An increase in the temperature of the inner surface of the walls leads to the disappearance of drafts. On the other hand, due to the external thermal insulation, the room remains cool in the summer heat. Also, the advantages of the panel in terms of functionality include high thermal insulation indicators, which allow maintaining wall thickness standards for new construction. The absence of joints in the insulation contributes to significant energy savings. The use as tiles of cladding elements, mainly clinker tiles, allows for high durability of the structure, as well as a large selection of colors and textures of cladding elements.
It is preferable to perform a panel in which a finely divided solid inert material is covered with a layer in the gaps between the tiles whose thickness is not less than the thickness of the facing tile. The introduction of finely divided solid inert material in this order allows us to provide the necessary rigidity of the heat-insulating plate, to increase its operational reliability and durability.
It is preferable to use silica sand as a finely divided solid inert material. Quartz sand has advantages over natural sands due to its uniformity and dirt holding capacity. It is extremely resistant to chemical, mechanical and weathering.
It is also preferable to use polyurethane foam as a thermal insulation material. As mentioned above, polyurethane foam is a lightweight and durable hydrothermal insulation material with a unique structure, due to which it has the lowest coefficient of thermal conductivity and the smallest water absorption compared to other thermal insulation materials. Accordingly, its use in this case allows us to provide those high thermal characteristics that provide high efficiency of the application of the claimed technical solution. In addition, the use of polyurethane foam can significantly increase the refractoriness of the heat-insulating panel, since this material has high refractoriness due to the practical increase in the fire resistance of polyurethane foams due to chemical modification of the formulation.
It should also be noted that due to the selection of panel materials, the environmental safety of the claimed product is ensured, which in turn is an important factor when choosing a room for one or another purpose.
In more detail, the claimed technical solution is illustrated using figure 1, which shows a General view of the insulating panel.
The figure 1 shows a panel 1 containing a plurality of facing elements in the form of facing tiles 2, gaps 3 between the facing materials, a layer of thermal insulation material 4 with jumpers in the gaps 3 between the tiles 2. Also shown in the figure 1 are holes 5 for fasteners.
A method of manufacturing a heat-insulating panel is as follows. Facing tiles are placed on the supporting surface 2. They can be placed in some specific order to create a particular pattern, and they can also use tiles 2 with different textures. The facing tile 2 in the form is placed with a gap 3 relative to each other. Then, the gaps 3 are filled with finely dispersed solid inert material, in particular quartz sand, to a thickness not less than the thickness of the tile. A special paper is attached to the mold cover, with the help of which an additional protective layer is formed. After that, pouring on the tiles a fluid heat-insulating material, in particular, an expandable polyurethane foam, after which the mold cover is closed and kept closed for about 20 minutes. During the exposure time, the polymerization of the flowing heat-insulating material is carried out with the formation of a layer of heat-insulating material adhered to the tiles 2. In addition, particles of silica sand are enveloped in a liquid layer of the heat-insulating material. After the exposure time, the mold cover is opened, and special paper is on the back side of the layer of heat-insulating material, forming an additional protective layer. Also, during placement in the form of raw materials, holes 5 are formed for fasteners, embedded fasteners, for example embedded washers, are also placed. If necessary, elements from non-combustible building materials are also placed in the mold to form fire spouts.
Thus, the claimed invention is a method of manufacturing a heat-insulating panel and a panel made in this way, which due to its technological and structural parameters provide a product with high technological and operational characteristics, provide high thermal performance, rigidity, reliability and durability of the structure, and also allow ensure ease of installation.
