The mixture for making gypsum boards contains water, waste paper, gypsum dihydrate or phosphogypsum, urea-formaldehyde resin and starch. The mixture additionally contains loose asbestos fibre, with the following ratio of components, pts.wt: water 680-720; waste paper 20-25; gypsum dihydrate or phosphogypsum 83-87; urea-formaldehyde resin 4-4.4; starch 1-1.4; loose asbestos fibre 2-2.5.
EFFECT: high strength of gypsum boards.

В процессе приготовления массы для производства гипсовых плит используют гидропушитель, в который подают воду, макулатуру, предварительно нарезанную на куски площадью 2-16 см2. После распушивания макулатуры образовавшуюся массу перекачивают в емкость, где ее перемешивают в течение 10-15 мин с распушеным асбестовым волокном (5, 6 сорт), двуводным гипсом или фосфогипсом, мочевиноформальдегидной смолой и крахмалом. Затем массу обезвоживают, формуют из нее плиты, которые сушат при температуре 70-75°С.The components are dosed in the required amounts.
