Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a lightweight paperless gypsum board. The gypsum board is prepared by taking gypsum powder, cellulose, modified starch, a retarder and a water reducing agent as raw materials according to a certain mass ratio, adding water, uniformly mixing, adding air, and then feeding the mixture into a forming machine to form the gypsum board; and then the pressed gypsum board is sent to a dryer for drying and dewatering. The gypsum board without paper surface made by said invention is light in weight, high in strength, energy-saving, low in cost and excellent in product performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of gypsum board production, in particular to a method for manufacturing a light high-strength paperless gypsum board.
Background
The gypsum board is a material prepared by taking building gypsum as a main raw material. The building material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, small thickness, convenient processing, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention and other good performances, and is one of the currently-developed novel light boards. Gypsum boards have been widely used for interior partitions, wall-covering panels (instead of wall plasters), ceilings, sound-absorbing panels, floor slabs, and various decorative panels in various buildings such as houses, office buildings, shops, hotels, and industrial plants.
At present, building gypsum is used as a main raw material in the traditional production of the paper-surface gypsum board, a proper amount of additives and a fiber board core are added, and special protective paper is used as two layers of packaging paper to be processed into the board. The traditional production paper-surface gypsum board is cast, and the problems of weak bonding, easy falling of the protective paper and the like are easily caused during molding. However, the prior art does not overcome the technical problem well.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a method for manufacturing a light paperless gypsum board.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention discloses a method for manufacturing a light paperless gypsum board, which is realized by the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in mass ratio: 70-90 parts of gypsum powder, 5-20 parts of cellulose, 5-15 parts of modified starch, 0.5-2.0 parts of retarder and 0.5-3.0 parts of water reducer;
(2) mixing the raw materials in the mass ratio with water, uniformly stirring, and then adding air to obtain slurry;
(3) feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board;
(4) after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90 parts of gypsum powder, 10-20 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of modified starch, 0.5-1.0 part of retarder and 0.5-2.0 parts of water reducing agent.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 85 parts of gypsum powder, 10 parts of cellulose, 5 parts of modified starch, 0.5 part of retarder and 0.8 part of water reducing agent.
Preferably, the gypsum powder in the raw materials is high-strength gypsum powder produced from industrial by-product gypsum or natural gypsum.
Preferably, the gypsum board is reciprocated in the dryer to sufficiently heat the gypsum board and dry the gypsum board.
After the scheme is adopted, the method provided by the invention is used for manufacturing the gypsum board without the paper surface, the whole quality of the finished product of the material is light due to the adoption of the process of adding air, the finished product is formed by pressing without using a face-protecting paper, the production raw materials adopt high-strength gypsum powder, and various indexes such as strength and the like are greatly improved. The invention has the advantages of light weight, high strength, energy saving, reduced expenditure, reduced cost and excellent product performance.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lightweight paperless gypsum board, which is realized by the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in mass ratio: 70-90 parts of gypsum powder, 3-5 parts of cellulose, 5-15 parts of modified starch, 0.5-2.0 parts of retarder and 0.5-3.0 parts of water reducer;
(2) mixing the raw materials in the mass ratio with water, uniformly stirring, and then adding air to obtain slurry;
(3) feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board;
(4) after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90 parts of gypsum powder, 10-20 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of modified starch, 0.5-1.0 part of retarder and 0.5-2.0 parts of water reducing agent.

Example 1:
firstly, 70 parts of gypsum powder, 20 parts of cellulose, 5 parts of modified starch, 2 parts of retarder, 0.5 part of water reducing agent and 60 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then air is added to obtain slurry; feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board; and after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, conveying the gypsum board to a dryer for drying, dehydrating, stacking and warehousing finished products. The drying process is strictly controlled, and the drying process is not well controlled, so that the drying process is easy to deform and the appearance and the quality of the product are influenced.
Example 2:
firstly, 90 parts of gypsum powder, 5 parts of cellulose, 15 parts of modified starch, 0.5 part of retarder, 3 parts of water reducing agent and 80 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then air is added to obtain slurry; feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board; and after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, conveying the gypsum board to a dryer for drying, dehydrating, stacking and warehousing finished products.
Example 3:
firstly, 85 parts of gypsum powder, 10 parts of cellulose, 10 parts of modified starch, 1 part of retarder, 1.5 parts of water reducing agent and 75 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then air is added to obtain slurry; feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board; and after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, conveying the gypsum board to a dryer for drying, dehydrating, stacking and warehousing finished products.
Example 4:
firstly, 75 parts of gypsum powder, 15 parts of cellulose, 12 parts of modified starch, 1 part of retarder, 2 parts of water reducing agent and 100 parts of water are mixed and stirred uniformly, and then air is added to obtain slurry; feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board; and after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, conveying the gypsum board to a dryer for drying, dehydrating, stacking and warehousing finished products.

Claims (3)
1. A manufacturing method of a lightweight paperless gypsum board comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing the following raw materials in mass ratio: 70-90 parts of gypsum powder, 5-20 parts of cellulose, 5-15 parts of modified starch, 0.5-2.0 parts of retarder and 0.5-3.0 parts of water reducer;
(2) mixing the raw materials in the mass ratio with water, uniformly stirring, and then adding air to obtain slurry;
(3) feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board;
(4) cutting and blocking the pressed gypsum board after final setting, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering;
the gypsum powder in the raw materials in the step (1) adopts industrial by-product gypsum or high-strength gypsum powder produced by natural gypsum;
and (4) enabling the gypsum board to move back and forth in the dryer in the step (4) to be fully heated and dried.
2. The manufacturing method of the lightweight paperless gypsum board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components by mass: 80-90 parts of gypsum powder, 10-20 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of modified starch, 0.5-1.0 part of retarder and 0.5-2.0 parts of water reducing agent.
3. The manufacturing method of the lightweight paperless gypsum board as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components by mass: 85 parts of gypsum powder, 10 parts of cellulose, 5 parts of modified starch, 0.5 part of retarder and 0.8 part of water reducing agent.
