The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a lightweight paperless gypsum board. The gypsum board is prepared by taking gypsum powder, cellulose, modified starch, a retarder and a water reducing agent as raw materials according to a certain mass ratio, adding water, uniformly mixing, adding air, and then feeding the mixture into a forming machine to form the gypsum board; and then the pressed gypsum board is sent to a dryer for drying and dewatering. The gypsum board without paper surface made by said invention is light in weight, high in strength, energy-saving, low in cost and excellent in product performance.

At present, building gypsum is used as a main raw material in the traditional production of the paper-surface gypsum board, a proper amount of additives and a fiber board core are added, and special protective paper is used as two layers of packaging paper to be processed into the board. The traditional production paper-surface gypsum board is cast, and the problems of weak bonding, easy falling of the protective paper and the like are easily caused during molding. (3) feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board;
(4) after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90 parts of gypsum powder, 10-20 parts of cellulose, 5-10 parts of modified starch, 0.5-1.0 part of retarder and 0.5-2.0 parts of water reducing agent.

(4) after the gypsum board pressed into the gypsum board is finally set, cutting and blocking the gypsum board, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering.

(2) mixing the raw materials in the mass ratio with water, uniformly stirring, and then adding air to obtain slurry;
(3) feeding the slurry into a forming machine through a slurry pump to be pressed into a gypsum board;
(4) cutting and blocking the pressed gypsum board after final setting, and sending the gypsum board to a dryer for drying and dewatering;
the gypsum powder in the raw materials in the step (1) adopts industrial by-product gypsum or high-strength gypsum powder produced by natural gypsum;
and (4) enabling the gypsum board to move back and forth in the dryer in the step (4) to be fully heated and dried.
