The present invention relates to a homeopathic medicine or dietary supplement containing Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis, and to the use of Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis in a homeopathic medicine or dietary supplement for their production.

Nisylen (nisilen) is known as a drug for use against influenza infections, fever, acute sore throat, headache and cough. This is a homeopathic medicine in the form of a complex preparation containing many active substances and intended for oral administration in the form of tablets or solution. Active substances include Aconitum in homeopathic dilution (Dil.) D3, Gelsemium Dil. D3, Ipecacuanha Dil. D3, Phosphorus Dil. D5, Bryonia Dil. D2 and Eupatorium perfoliatum.

The use of Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis in homeopathic medicines is also well known.

The objective of the present invention is to show additional possibilities of medical use of the above components.

The invention is based on the knowledge that Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis have an antiviral effect, in particular in the prevention or treatment of herpes labialis (herpes on the lips) or herpes genitalis (herpes of the genitourinary tract), antibacterial, immunomodulatory and action, and can also be used for the prevention or treatment of prostate diseases, in particular for the treatment of prostatitis or prostate degeneration.

Herpes labialis is a viral disease caused by the herpes simplex virus type I (HSV type I), in which small oozing vesicles form on the lips, which are very sensitive, cause pain and itching and are very contagious.

Herpes genitalis is caused by the herpes simplex virus type II (HSV type II). In the case of herpes genitalis, fluid-filled vesicles also form, which cause severe pain, neuralgia and itching and are also very contagious.

Both types of virus (HSV types I and II) affect the skin, mucous membranes, eyes, nervous system, and in rare cases, even internal organs. Due to the fact that the virus is constantly present in the body, relapse, i.e. new outbreaks of the disease can occur again and again. Of the currently known drugs, virostatics are used, which reduce the period of the disease and partially relieve symptoms.

It has been found within the framework of the invention that a homeopathic medicine or dietary supplement that contains a combination of Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis exhibits an antiviral effect and can be used, for example, for the prevention and treatment of herpes. In addition, it has also been found within the scope of the invention that a homeopathic medicine or dietary supplement that contains Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis has antibacterial, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects. Additionally, it has been found within the scope of the invention that a homeopathic medicine or dietary supplement that contains Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis can be used to prevent and treat prostate diseases such as prostatitis or prostate degeneration.

The following explanations regarding the homeopathic medicine according to the invention apply in full measure to the biologically active food supplement according to the invention.

The treatment of patients suffering from herpes labialis and patients suffering from herpes genitalis with a homeopathic medicine according to the present invention showed that the period of the disease was significantly reduced in both cases. The treatment of patients with prostate diseases with a homeopathic medicine according to the invention has shown that not only the PSA (PSA = prostate specific antigen) is significantly improved, but also the PSA ratio. The ratio of free PSA to the total PSA when measured in patient serum during diagnosis is considered a measure of tumor malignancy. The lower the ratio, the higher the degree of malignancy of the tumor.

The drug is preferably a homeopathic medicine.

In accordance with the invention, a homeopathic medicine may be provided that contains the following active ingredients as a main active ingredient: Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis.

Sulfur (the Latin name for onions) is also a homeopathically active substance, which is usually used for colds (runny nose).

Euphrasia (euphrasia officinalis) is a substance known from homeopathy that is commonly used for eye diseases.

Currently, Belladonna (belladonna) is used as a homeopathic remedy for various forms of inflammation.

According to another aspect of the invention, a variant is possible in which the components of Sulfur, Euphrasia and Mercurius solubilis contained in the homeopathic medicinal product are present in the homeopathic dilution of D12 and Belladonna in the homeopathic dilution of D15. In principle, active substances can also be used in other homeopathic dilutions.

Particularly preferred is a variant in which the Nisylen component is present in the drug in a greater amount or concentration than other components.

Preferably, the homeopathic medicine contains Nisylen, Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna and Mercurius solubilis, while Nisylen is present in the homeopathic medicine in a larger amount than the other above-mentioned components.

It is particularly preferred that the Nisylen component is present in an amount that is two to four times, preferably three times, greater than the amount of any of the remaining active substances of the homeopathic medicine.

In accordance with another aspect of the invention, it is provided that the homeopathic medicine contains Nisylen in a mass of from 4.0 to 4.5 g or in a volume of from 4.0 to 4.5 ml, preferably in a mass of 4.286 g or in a volume of 4.286 ml, and Sulfur, Euphrasia, Belladonna or Mercurius solubilis in a mass of 1.2 to 1.6 g or in a volume of 1.2 to 1.6 ml each, mainly in a mass of 1.429 g or in a volume of 1.429 ml per 10 ml or 10 g of a solution of either a homeopathic medicinal product or a biologically active food supplement.

You can prepare a homeopathic medicine for oral administration and / or for topical use. The latter can be used, for example, for the treatment of herpes labialis.

These ingredients are present in alcohol in a volume of 10 ml. As stated above, such a solution is excellent for the treatment of herpes genitalis and herpes labialis, as well as for the treatment of prostate diseases.

It can be taken, for example, for adults, 5 drops 3 times a day, and for children - 2 drops 3 times a day. It is especially preferred that the homeopathic medicine be taken regularly.

In the stage of exacerbation, or preferably in the prodromal (i.e., preceding the disease) stage, it is allowed to use the agent every half an hour to an hour, i.e. once every half an hour - an hour, for example, 5 drops of a solution (for adults) or 2 drops (for children).

It turned out that it is preferable not to dilute the solution and keep it in your mouth for as long as possible. It also turned out that it is preferable to drink it in large quantities, if possible, then about 3 l / day.

As mentioned above, the above-mentioned diseases (herpes) often give a relapse, which can occur once or several times a year, possibly every month. Known medications help at the acute stage to shorten the course of the disease and possibly relieve symptoms, but they are not able to prevent the onset of relapse. The present invention opens up the possibility of achieving effective treatment for herpes genitalis as well as herpes labialis with a particularly effective homeopathic medicine / dietary supplement. Equally, it is possible to effectively treat prostate diseases, in particular prostatitis or prostate degeneration.

In principle, deviations from the embodiment described in detail above are also possible. The solvent does not have to be an alcohol solvent. In principle, other suitable solvents may also be used. In addition, as stated above, the invention is not limited to the use of a homeopathic medicinal product only in liquid form. A homeopathic medicine may be provided in solid form (tablets, powders, pills) or as an ointment.
