The technical result is to obtain a film-forming drug for women, capable of vaginal administration at the same time protect against sperm and protect against infectious diseases.

A medicine for vaginal use, which has a contraceptive and protective effect against infectious diseases, characterized in that it contains: contraceptive drugs selected from the group: boric acid, benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, nonoxynol, quinidine; bactericides selected from the group: zinc salts, silver nitrate, colloidal silver, dioxidine, boric alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, drilling fluid, broad-spectrum antibiotics, iodopolyvinylpyrrolidone; anti-inflammatory drugs selected from the group: diclofenac sodium, indomethacin, ibuprofen, naproxen, corticosteroid drugs: hydrocortisone, fludrocortisone, flumethasone, betamezon, mometasone, fluorocortolone, triamcinolol; L-lysine hydrochloride and a gel-forming biocompatible polymer in the following ratio of components per 1 g of product:
