The mixture based on natural juices contains natural juices: watermelon or grape or tomato juice or natural liquid honey, uncooked quail eggs in a blended condition and ozone at the following components ratio, g per l: natural liquid honey- 40-60, uncooked quail eggs in a blended condition - 240-260 (24-26 pcs.), ozone at the concentration of 0.004-0.01, natural juices: watermelon or grape or tomato juice - the rest. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to improve consumer properties of the cocktail due to application of natural products, easy accessible quail protein, saturation of the human organism with an allotropic oxygen form. ^ 3 ex

Description

The invention relates to food industry and medicine, namely to compositions for the preparation of cocktails with therapeutic effect.

A known mixture for an oxygen cocktail, which is included in the extract of rose hips, dried peeled chicken egg white, powdered sugar and oxygen [1].

The main disadvantages of this cocktail are:

- instability of the product requiring evaporation for 5-10 minutes;

- saturation with oxygen, which does not have sufficiently strong redox properties, as a result of which the known composition only partially has disinfecting properties, since up to 70% of oxygen is lost when using a cocktail (its foam is unstable and lasts no more than 1.5 minutes);

- contains insufficient glucose;

- The cocktail consists of reconstituted products;

- narrow focus of the product;

- the use of eggs, the use of which can cause salmonellosis, as well as exacerbation of allergic reactions for certain categories of people.

Closest to the claimed is a mixture for an oxygen cocktail, including fruit and berry juice, water or an aqueous extract of medicinal herbs and / or berries, rosehip syrup, fruit and berry syrup and a foaming agent in the form of an aqueous solution of gelatin, which is saturated with oxygen [2].

The main disadvantages of the prototype are:

- lack of ozone-oxygen mixture;

- lack of protein;

- the need for the introduction of gelatin.

The main task solved by the claimed mixture for a health-improving cocktail is to improve its consumer properties, namely:

- all natural juices of the proposed mixture are used fresh and their nutritional properties are not lost;

- saturation of the body with an allotropic form of oxygen with ozone - 3 atomic oxygen, which is absorbed by the solution 10 times more than oxygen;

- saturation of the body with a highly digestible protein from quail eggs (digestibility 80%).

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the composition of the mixture includes natural juices: watermelon, or grape, or tomato, natural liquid honey, raw quail eggs in a mixed state and ozone with the following ratios of components, grams per 1 liter:

- natural honey 40-60

- raw quail eggs 240-260

- ozone at a concentration of 0.004-0.01

- natural juices: watermelon, grape, tomato - the rest.

Salmonella is absent in the quail egg protein, as they die at temperatures above 37 degrees, and the body temperature of the quail is 41 degrees.

Neither from patent-technical, nor from medical literature, as well as from the practice of using oxygen cocktails for therapeutic purposes, we are not aware of the presence of a cocktail with a composition identical to the claimed, based on these judgments, the conclusion that the claimed solution meets the criteria of the invention is novelty.

New essential features in the aggregate are not obvious and, together with the features common with the prototype, provide a technical result. Moreover, each of the new significant features of the proposed solution is necessary, and all taken together are sufficient for the full implementation of the task set by the invention - improving the consumer properties of the cocktail. There is a causal relationship between the totality of essential features and the solution of the problem posed, since this totality is actually the reason for solving the problem, which is the consequence. We believe it is legitimate to conclude that the claimed technical solution meets the criteria of the invention as "inventive step".

The claimed technical solution can be implemented taking into account all its inherent essential features repeatedly with the receipt of the same technical result, which indicates its compliance with the proposed solution to the criteria of the invention - "industrial applicability".

The claimed technical solution was tested in the conditions of clinical hospital No. 2 of the Federal State Institution YuOMTs FMBA of Russia, Astrakhan. The results of this testing are given below.

Example 1

40 grams of liquid natural honey and 240 grams of mixed raw quail eggs were placed in a container. All were mixed and poured with fresh natural watermelon juice to obtain 1 liter of the mixture. Then, ozone at a concentration of 0.004 g / l for 5 minutes was fed into the mixture obtained by the Nadezhda-O apparatus. Patients used the resulting mixture orally to eliminate hypoxic conditions - saturating the body with an ozone-oxygen mixture, living protein, vitamins and minerals.

Example 2

In a container of 1 liter we put 50 grams of liquid natural honey, 250 grams of mixed quail raw eggs. The whole composition is mixed and poured with natural juice to a mixture volume of 1 liter and mixed again. Apparatus "Nadezhda-O" introduced ozone into the mixture for 10 min at a concentration of 0.008 g / l. A mixture of patients was used orally to eliminate serious hypoxic conditions.

Example 3

60 g of liquid natural honey and 260 g of raw mixed quail eggs were placed in a 1 liter capacity. After mixing, the composition was filled with natural tomato juice until the volume of 1 liter was filled with the Nadezhda-O apparatus, ozone was introduced into the mixture for 15 minutes at a concentration of 0.01 g / l. The mixture was used orally in critical situations.

The claimed solution has the following advantages in comparison with the prototype:

- the use of only natural products;

- easily digestible quail protein (fresh quail eggs) - with 80% digestibility;

- the use of the allotropic formula of oxygen - O ₃ (ozone), stored in the mixture for up to 9 hours, after which it passes into free oxygen;

- incidental disinfection of the mixture with highly active ozone.
