EFFECT: making an extensible curb with a tight wall, which does not let soil washed with rain water or melting snow from lawn through to pavements and roads.

Description

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction and repair of roads and pedestrian walkways, curbs and in other similar cases.

Known road curb from standard concrete stones, fixed directly to the concrete base of the road (GOST 6665-71. Assembly concrete curb stones. - M .: Standards, 1971).

The disadvantage of this design is the inability to maintain the height of the curb relative to the surface of the lawn without removing the old curb stone and replacing the latter with another standard size. Also, due to a violation of the concrete bond between the curbs, the soil, washed out by rain or melting snow, gets on sidewalks and roads, which worsens the appearance of the streets as a whole and makes it difficult for pedestrians and vehicles to move along them, and as a result leads to large clearing costs.

Known road border / RF Patent No. 2233936, IPC 8 Е01С 11/22, publ. 2004.08.10 / stackable in height, consisting of two parts - the upper and lower, having embedded metal parts that match each other.

The disadvantage of this design is the difficulty of mounting and dismantling the upper part, with increasing height of the curb, as well as the ingress of soil along with rain water or melting snow through the joints of curbs on the sidewalk or road.

As a prototype adopted road curb / RF Patent 2233935, IPC 8 Е01С 11/22, publ. 2004.08.10 /, stackable in height, consisting of two parts and having embedded metal parts that coincide with each other at the upper and lower parts, and at the ends of the lower and upper parts there are recesses in the form of a triangle.

The disadvantage of this design is the inability to install the upper part on existing, such as in GOST 6665-71 road curbs - embedded, metal parts are not provided. Therefore, it is impossible to increase the height of the road curb without completely dismantling the curb stone installed in accordance with GOST 6665-71.

The technical task of this invention is to obtain a stackable border with a sealed wall that does not allow soil from the lawn, washed out by rain water or melting snow on the sidewalks and roads.

To solve this problem, a road-building curb is proposed, which is a metal or plastic profile of a P-shaped or D-shaped in cross section, mounted on a curb stone, mainly without dismantling the latter. The proposed border has a rectilinear or curvilinear shape, forming a continuous strip in terms of plan by welding, bolt, rivet joints or gluing, and is attached to the curb stone with dowels or on mounting foam.

The proposed road expandable curb may consist of one, two, three or more sections - tapes connected by longitudinal spring grips, and a hollow channel can be used for laying electrical wiring for lighting or other equipment. It is proposed to protect metal profiles installed on an existing curbstone from corrosion and wear by applying galvanic or other metal coatings, then protective paintwork and decorative or advertising texts will be applied to their surface.

Stackable road borders are designed to separate lawns from road surfaces and sidewalks, however, existing curb stones cannot be hermetically connected to each other, since concrete screeds are destroyed and open channels for soil to enter together with rainwater or melting snow on roads and pedestrian sidewalks. It is known that after the installation of curbs on certain sections of roads, the latter settles, the height of the lawns also increases, and soil movement from lawns to roads and pedestrian sidewalks is inevitable, without repair or replacement of curbs. The proposed road-expandable border will solve this problem at minimal cost.

The invention is illustrated by sketches, which depict part of the possible schemes of curbs road stackable:

Figure 1 shows a lawn 5, a concrete cushion with a road surface 6 and a stackable road border, consisting of one section 1, P-shaped and D-shaped in cross section, mounted on a curb stone 4. A hollow channel inside the section can be used for laying electrical wiring for lighting or other equipment 8.

Figure 2 shows a lawn 5, a concrete cushion with a pavement 6, and a stackable curb, consisting of two sections 1 and 2, of a D-shape in cross section, mounted on a curb stone 4. The sections are interconnected by longitudinal spring grippers 7. The hollow channel inside can be used for wiring lighting or other equipment 8.

Figure 3 shows a lawn 5, a concrete cushion with a pavement 6 and a stackable curb, consisting of three sections 1, 2, 3, D-shaped in cross section, mounted on a curb stone 4. The sections are interconnected by longitudinal spring grips 7. The hollow channel inside can be used for wiring lighting or other equipment 8.

The technical result of this invention is to obtain a stackable border with a sealed wall that does not allow soil from the lawn, washed out by rain water or melting snow on paved sidewalks and roads.

Stackable road curb consisting of one, two, three or more sections and installed on an existing curb stone mainly without dismantling the latter, characterized in that it is a metal or plastic profile of a P-shaped or D-shaped in cross section, placed above the existing curb, while the vertical profile wall is located along the curb wall from the side of the lawn. 2. The road-borne curb according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of sections of a rectilinear or curvilinear shape in plan, forming a continuous sealed strip along the entire length or part of the lawn contour and interconnected by welding, bolt, rivet joints or gluing. 3. Stackable road curb according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stackable profile is attached to an existing curb stone by installing dowels or mounting foam. 4. Stackable road border according to claim 1, characterized in that the hollow channel is used for laying electrical wiring for lighting or other equipment. 5. Stackable road curb according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the profile consists of one, two, three or more sections interconnected by longitudinal spring grips. 6. Stackable road curb according to claim 1, or 2, or 4, characterized in that the metal profiles installed on the existing curb stone are protected from corrosion and wear by applying galvanic or other metal coatings, for example hot dip galvanizing, and paintwork. 7. Stackable road border according to claim 6, characterized in that the painted surface is made in the form of an ornament or advertising texts.
