Description

The invention relates to the construction of roads and can be used to separate the carriageway of streets and roads from sidewalks, lawns, platforms.

Currently, for the above purposes, concrete and reinforced concrete side stones are used (GOST 6665-91).

The disadvantages of these stones are:

- heavy weight, requiring the use of lifting equipment for their transportation and installation;

- small length of products;

- the great complexity of manufacturing;

- the tendency of concrete to water absorption, fracture, low frost resistance, the need for concrete reinforcement with steel reinforcement;

- insufficiently long service life;

- the inability to use side stones for the device of road storm sewers.

The task is to offer universal road and sidewalk side stones (UTTBK), combining the possibility of separating the roadway of streets, sidewalks and arranging storm sewers.

The technical result - improving performance and expanding their technical capabilities through the use of stones, combining the functions of fencing the roadway from sidewalks and storm sewers.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that UDTBK is made of fiberglass (Certificate of Conformity No. РОСС CN.PT17.C01215) and equipped with storm sewers (if necessary) in the form of a tray passing along the UTTBK and covered with a protective fenced grating from above.

UDTBK consists of the curb part 1 of Figure 1 and storm sewage 2 of Figure 1. The curb part 1 has a flat rear part 3 of FIG. 1, made at right angles to the base 4 of the UDTBC. The upper surface 5 of the curb part 1 of FIG. 1 is parallel to the base 4 of the UDTBC, while the width of the upper surface 5 of the curb part 1 of Fig. 1 is equal to 2/3 of the width of the curb part 1 of the UDTBC.

The front part 6 of the curb part 1 of Figure 1 is made inclined with respect to part 5 at an angle of 100-120. The height of part 6 is equal to half the height of the curb part 1 of Figure 1. UDTBC can also be made curved shape of Fig.3. Since UTTB made of fiberglass according to the invention have a low weight, they need to be fixed on the roadway.

The hinges 12 for fastening are molded together with storm sewer 2 of FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, FIG. 4, FIG. 5. Loops 12 are a square with a hole 13 under the pin that secures the UDTBK to the roadway.

UTDBK can be used as only sidewalk stone without storm sewer 2, using only the curb part 1 of Figure 4 with resizing to necessary.

Advantages of the proposed UTTBK: light weight, large product length, any shape of the product, ease of manufacture, no problems of water absorption, fracture, frost resistance and reinforcement, long service life, versatility of UTTBK made of fiberglass.
