SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of forest industry and may be used for quantitative and qualitative cleaning of coastal zone of lakes and storage ponds from abandoned wreck wood in dried condition, and also for delivery of newly cut wood from coastal zone into water area. Device for delivery of dried wreck wood from coastal zone consists of floating base and winch. The novelty is the fact that skidding mast of cable installation is placed onto floating base together with the first part of cable-block system equipped with trailer device, and including return and skidding cables, and the second part of cable-block system is fixed in coastal zone with the help of angular guide blocks, for the possibility to skid gathered wood in half-suspended condition with the help of trailer device and winch from coastal zone into water area.

EFFECT: qualitative and quantitative cleaning of coastal zone of lakes and storage ponds in areas, where other equipment usage is complicated, reduced number of machines that participate in gathering of wreck wood, and also increased efficiency of wood gathering.

Description

The invention relates to the field of forest industry and can be used for quantitative and high-quality cleaning of the coastal zone of lakes and reservoirs from "ownerless" emergency wood in a dried state, as well as for the delivery of freshly cut wood from the coastal zone to the water area.

A known method of skidding of timber using a rope installation, which consists in collecting wood at one point on land and transporting it to another point on land [1, 2].

Known cable systems used to move goods. Each cable installation consists of a winch and various devices and devices (ropes, blocks, masts, arrows, carriages, guy ropes, etc.) that ensure reliable movement of cargo in a given direction [1, 2].

A device for collecting dried-up emergency wood with a mechanical gripper, consisting of a floating base, in the form of a catamaran, on the deck of which there is a hydraulic manipulator with a gripper mounted in the bow of the catamaran, is symmetrical about its diametrical plane, can be rotated in a horizontal plane, rotatable in vertical plane stop, winch [3].

A single-mast rope installation is used for skidding. The basis of the installation is a winch, mast, fastened with braces in one or two tiers, and end guide blocks. Logging winches move timber from the cutting area to the loading point in bundles using a steel rope. To ensure the directed movement of the load in a semi-suspended position, masts and blocks are used. For the convenience of hitching timber to the skidding rope, reducing the time for chocking, forming a bundle and unhooking the skidding systems, they are equipped with checkers, trailed hooks, collecting and connecting ropes.

The disadvantage of this method is the impossibility of skidding the emergency "ownerless" and freshly cut wood directly into the water area of lakes and reservoirs.

The technical problem solved by the invention is the quantitative and qualitative cleaning of the coastal zone of lakes and reservoirs, the delivery of emergency and freshly cut timber from the coastal zone to the water area, reducing downtime of equipment, reducing the number of machines involved in the collection of emergency wood, as well as increasing the productivity of collecting wood.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device for the delivery of dried-up emergency wood from the coastal zone, consisting of a floating base and a winch, according to the invention, the cable mast of the cable installation and the first part of the cable-block system equipped with a hook-on device are placed on the floating base return and skidding ropes, and the second part of the cable-block system is fixed in the coastal zone with the help of angular guide blocks, for the possibility of skidding of the collected wood in half with the help of a towing device and a winch from the coastal zone to the water area.

Moreover, the method of delivering dried-up emergency wood to the water area of lakes and reservoirs is carried out using the device indicated above. The invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

The device consists of a floating base 1, on the deck there is a winch 2, a skidder mast of the cable installation 5 with braces 6. From the drums of the cable installation through the guide blocks 7, 8 fixed on the mast, a return rope 3 and a working skid rope are stretched 4. There are 14 ropes in the coastal zone are fixed using angular guide blocks 13.

The device operates as follows.

The wood 12 collected in the coastal zone 10 is attached to the skidding rope of the cable-block system using a towing device 11. Then the wood is skimmed in a semi-suspended state using a winch 2 to the water area 9. Next, the wood is detached, collected by a fuel-lifting unit and formed into bundles by a raft device.

The advantage of this design is to reduce equipment downtime, reduce the number of machines involved in the collection of emergency wood in the coastal zone, and the possibility of its delivery directly to the water in conditions where the use of other equipment is difficult.
