The technical result is achieved by the fact that the device is made in the form of a floating base, on the deck of which there is an engine room, a control cabin, winches and a rope system, equipped with a hold, the base has a bow-ramp that folds into the water, on which there are rotating roller tables, which allow overcoming forces resistance to the movement of timber at the time of pulling them onto the deck and delivering the wood collected from the shore directly to the floating base, and the cable installation allows be wood loading into the hold.
