Description

The invention relates to compositions of materials for the manufacture of table sculptures, small figures.

Known material, including gypsum, water. The gypsum ratio is 0.5-1 [1]. Such material is used in stucco work, however, it is not intended for the manufacture of small objects with clear relief lines.

The objective of the invention is to obtain a material suitable for the manufacture of small objects with clear relief lines.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the sculptural material, including gypsum and water, additionally contains pre-expanded, finely ground schungite in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Gypsum 36-38; water 24-26; specified shungite 36-40.

To obtain the sculptural material, the compositions shown in the table can be used.

For the manufacture of sculptural material it is possible to use gypsum of grades G-5 - G-7, super gypsum, oestrich gypsum. It is preferable to use normally hardening gypsum, characterized by fineness of grinding - the residue on sieve No. 02 is not more than 1%. It is preferable to use shungite with a carbon content of 35-80%.

Below is an example of obtaining sculptural material.

G-7 grade gypsum is prepared and mixed with pre-expanded and ground gypsum until it passes completely through the mesh No. 0056. Dry components are poured into a container of water and mixed thoroughly. The resulting mixture is laid out in pre-lubricated (petroleum jelly) metal forms. After 6 hours, the finished product is removed from the molds, dried at a temperature of 25 ° C.

Small objects, sculptures, obtained from such a material, have a color from light gray to black, are distinguished by clear relief lines.
