Description

The invention relates to compositions of materials for the manufacture of desktop sculptors, small figures.

Known material, including gypsum, water. The gypsum ratio is 0.5-1 [1]. Such material is used in stucco work, however, it is not intended for the manufacture of small objects with clear relief lines.

The objective of the invention is to obtain a material suitable for the manufacture of small objects with clear relief lines.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the sculptural material, including gypsum, water, additionally contains ground egg shells and egg white in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Gypsum 30-40, ground egg shell 30-40, egg white 10-20; water 10-20, and the specified material is obtained by separate mixing of gypsum with ground egg shell and egg white with water without intensive formation of foam and subsequent mixing.

To obtain the sculptural material, the compositions shown in the table can be used.

Below is an example of obtaining sculptural material.

Prepare high-quality white or colored gypsum. They take eggs (for example, duck, chicken, goose, etc.), destroy the shell and extract the contents. In a metal (stainless steel) bowl, egg white and water are mixed, avoiding intense foam formation. Separately, dry components are mixed: gypsum and ground eggshell.
