SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phototherapy namely to food dietary supplements and can be used for general health-improving and mild calmative affection on human body. Dietary supplement contains active and condimental substances. Following extracts are used as active substances hawthorn, motherwort, peony, common marjoram and peppermint, at following components ratio, mg, for 1 gram of end product: dry hawthorn extract - 1.3-1.7, dry motherwort extract - 0.73-0.77, dry peony extract - 0.1-0.5, dry common marjoram extract - 0.1-0.5, dry peppermint extract - 0.1-0.5.

EFFECT: invention allows to obtain product with most effective general health-improving and mild sedative effects on human body due to components selected.
