SUBSTANCE: medication, possessing anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, spasmolytic, pain-killing and regenerating activity, represents gel and contains Dead Sea mud, hydroxyethyl cellulose, glycerin or water with the following ratio of ingredients, wt %: Dead Sea mud 45.0-70.0; hydrocellulose 1.0-3.0; glycerin or water the remaining part. Claimed gel possesses wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity, has especially positive impact on Gram-negative organisms of intestinal origin and non-spore-forming anaerobes, and also ensures prevention of infectious-inflammatory and dysbiotic diseases of vagina.

EFFECT: gel is efficient for treatment of benign diseases of uterus neck, infertility, chronic pelvic pain syndrome.

Hydroxymethyl cellulose, distilled water or glycerin is gradually introduced into the main component (Dead Sea mud), followed by stirring to a homogeneous consistency.

Technique of the procedure.

The recommended course of treatment is 6-12 procedures.

Indications for use: chronic prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis, vesiculitis, adhesions in the pelvic and abdominal cavity, male infertility, chronic recto-sigmoiditis.

Concomitant effect: increased potency.

The methods proposed below for vaginal and rectal mud therapy using disposable injectors do not require heating injectors with a gel. This is due to the fact that heating is contraindicated in certain gynecological and urological diseases (the presence of which the patient may not know).

Thus, heating rectally injected mud is not a harmless procedure at all and can lead to the exact opposite effect. In this case, the risk of harming the patient is minimized.

The data presented confirm that within the stated ratios of the ingredients included in the composition, the task is achieved, namely: a gel based on Dead Sea mud is intended for vaginal and / or rectal use. The high content of sulfide groups in the Dead Sea mud, which has an antiseptic effect, allows its successful use in the treatment of chronic inflammatory processes. Under the influence of mud therapy, adaptation mechanisms are activated, functions disturbed by the disease are restored, blood and lymph circulation are improved, metabolic processes are normalized, tissue respiration is improved, and regeneration processes are stimulated. Healing mud has a complex effect on the body. Due to its chemical composition, dirt intensifies microcirculation of the blood and, therefore, all metabolic processes in the mucous membranes. Mineral salts, microelements and organic substances in the mud help to normalize microbial imbalance, have a coagulating and keratolytic effect, stimulate the maturation of collagen structures and inhibit autoimmune processes, provide bactericidal, fungicidal and anti-inflammatory properties.
