Method of obtaining artistic ceramic item includes ceramic mass preparation, forming, drying, first burning, application on crock surface of at least one ceramic paint. After that surface is covered with transparent glaze, second burning is carried out. Used is ceramic paint, mixed with ice, and after application, ice, contained in mixture, is subjected to transition into liquid, and after that to gaseous state.

Подготавливают прозрачную глазурь и керамические краски (желательно внутриглазурные): синюю, зеленую, желтую, розовую, коричневую. Приготавливают лед. Лед измельчают до получения частиц размером 2-3 мм, неравномерно смешивают с керамическими красками и оставляют в условиях отрицательных температур. Возможно использование вместо льда снега или града. Из керамической массы формуют, например, пластическим способом настенное панно. Будущее изделие сушат, например, при температуре 50°С и проводят при температуре 900°С первый обжиг. Затем на поверхность черепка наносят керамические краски, смешанные со льдом, и оставляют при положительных температурах, например при температуре 25°С. При этом лед, содержащийся в смеси, переходит сначала в жидкое, а затем в газообразное состояние. На поверхности черепка образуются своеобразные хаотичные "рисунки" керамической краской. На такую поверхность напыляют прозрачную глазурь и при температуре 1350°С проводят второй обжиг керамических изделий.
