Offered treatment-cosmetic agent for external application includes liquid concentrate of he- and she-reindeer antlers.

Description

The invention relates to medicine and can be used in preventive pharmacology for the preparation of preparations from antler reindeer.

Known preparations of antlers in dry and liquid form and modern methods for producing biologically active substances from antlers of deer, red deer, sika and reindeer are based on grinding the product to a powder state with a particle size of about 0.1 mm and extraction of biologically active substances with various extractants (water , alcohol, etc.) with subsequent use of the product in liquid form (RF Patent No.20117179, IPC A61K 35/32, publ. 09/15/94; RF Patent No. 2045269, IPC A61K 35/32, publ. 10.10. 95 g .; Copyright USSR certificate No. 1814900, IPC A61K 35/32, publ. 05/15/93; Pat ie RF №2054292, IPC A61K 35/32, publ. 20.02.96).

However, such preparations contain ethyl alcohol or an aqueous solution of alcohol as a component, which significantly limits the scope of their use by patients: for health reasons, due to age (children or the elderly), as well as religious restrictions. In addition, such preparations in liquid form have a low viscosity, which reduces the convenience of their use.

Known solution of antlers for physiotherapy (balneotherapy), including extract from crushed antlers and water (RF patent No. 2111003, IPC A61K 35/52, publ. 05.20.1998).

However, such an aqueous solution of antlers for balneotherapy has an insufficient content of useful biologically active substances, which are extracted, on the one hand, from large particles of antlers 4-7 mm in size, and on the other hand, water is a weak extractant. When the product is heated during the extraction process, even in a water bath, the biological activity of the final product is lost.

A common drawback of the above analogues is that the preparations contain as an biologically active component an extract from antlers of male reindeer or without dividing the raw materials into antlers from male and female, which reduces the effectiveness of prevention and treatment with their use.

The closest analogue of the liquid antler concentrate (prototype) is the EXIRUS elixir (concentrate) for balneotherapy (RF patent application No. 2004126286, IPC A61K 31/00, published on 02/10/2006), including hydroalcoholic extract from ground antlers. As a source of ground antlers, it contains an ultrafine powder composition based on antlers with a particle size of 0.1-30.0 μm, with the following components, wt.%:

The therapeutic and prophylactic properties of the EXIRUS elixir are determined by the content of ultrafine antler powder in it, which has high bioavailability.

The closest analogue (prototype) of a drug from a liquid concentrate of antlers is a solution based on the EXIRUS elixir for balneotherapy (RF patent application No. 2004126286, IPC A61K 31/00, published on 02/10/2006), including crushed extract antlers and water. As an extract from antlers, it contains the EXIRUS elixir for balneotherapy, with the following components (wt.%):

The therapeutic and prophylactic properties of the solution for balneotherapy are also determined by the content of ultrafine antler powder in it, which has high bioavailability.

However, the EXIRUS elixir and its aqueous solution contain an extract from antlers of male reindeer as a biologically active component, which reduces the effectiveness of prevention and treatment using the indicated formulations of some female diseases. In addition, the EXIRUS elixir and its aqueous solution contain ethyl alcohol as a component (it is both a solvent and a preservative), which significantly limits the scope of their use by patients: for health reasons, due to age (children or elderly), and out of religious restrictions. Elixir EXIRUS has a low viscosity, which reduces the convenience of its use.

The technical result of the proposed inventions is the production of alcohol-free water-soluble concentrate "PANTEXIR" for long-term storage without harmful preservatives in the final product and medical and cosmetic products based on it from antlers of male or female reindeer of a more convenient consistency, which increases the effectiveness of the prevention and treatment of diseases.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the PANTEXIR liquid concentrate from reindeer antlers, including an extract of powder from reindeer antlers and a preservative, according to the invention it additionally contains a water-soluble gel, and as an extract it contains an alcohol-free water-soluble powder extract from antlers of males or reindeer stock with the following content of components, wt .:%:

alcohol-free water soluble extract powder from antlers of males or vazhenok reindeer 1,0-50,0 preservative 0.2-0.8 water soluble gel the rest is up to 100%.

As a preservative, “PANTEXIR” contains hydroperite and ascorbic acid in the following components, wt.%:

The PANTEXIR liquid concentrate additionally contains a nonionic surfactant, such as tween-80, and glycerin, and as a water-soluble gel it contains a gel based on polyethylene oxide or a gel based on carboxymethyl cellulose with the following content of components, wt.%:

The specified technical result is also achieved by the fact that in a therapeutic and cosmetic product for external use, comprising a liquid concentrate from antlers of a reindeer and a carrier, according to the invention, as a liquid concentrate from antlers, it contains a liquid concentrate from antlers of males or reindeer reindeer according to claim 1 , or claim 2, or claim 3 of the claims with the following content of components, wt.%:

For effective molecular ordering, an increase in surface or a decrease in the particle size of the introduced zeolite is necessary. This is achieved by grinding zeolite in powder, the grinding fraction of 0.01-10.0 microns.

Antlers are crushed into powder by means of a vortex mill developed by the Vortex Technologies company, Novosibirsk (RF patent N2057588, MKI V02C 19/06, published on 04/10/96). The diameter of the particles obtained by grinding is less than 30 microns. An extract from antler powder is obtained by extracting it, for example, with a 50% aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol, followed by filtering the precipitate and distilling off the alcohol under vacuum. The ratio of dry extract from antlers and water is 1: 5. The water content in the alcohol-free extract of antlers can be reduced by additional distillation under reduced pressure.

To obtain the PANEXIR liquid concentrate under sterile conditions, the components of the composition are loaded into a stirred reactor in accordance with Examples 1-5 without the addition of ascorbic acid. The mixture is stirred and incubated for several hours to destroy the microflora contained in the ingredients of the mixture by means of hydroperite (a complex compound of hydrogen peroxide with urea in a ratio of 1: 2), in which hydrogen peroxide is an antiseptic oxidizing agent. Excess hydrogen peroxide is removed by adding ascorbic acid to the mixture before packing the PANEXIR concentrate. After packaging and tightly sealing the containers with lids, as a result of the interaction of ascorbic acid with hydrogen peroxide, the latter turns into water, and ascorbic acid into dehydroxy-ascorbic acid, which, in turn, can react with other reducing agents or with the corresponding enzymatic systems of the body into the original ascorbic acid . The drug can be stored in sealed packaging for more than 30 months.

Medicines for external use are prepared immediately before use (examples 6-8) by diluting with water to obtain baths for balneotherapy or by adding water and glycerin (examples 9-11) to soak napkins or other non-woven materials to wrap the patient’s body ..

The technology of preparation of therapeutic and cosmetic products in the form of a powder.

When preparing the medicine in the form of a powder, they take natural zeolite and concentrate from PANTEXIR antlers, the quantitative content of which corresponds to examples 1 or 2. The mixture of components is grinded in a mechanical activator (ball mill), for example, type VCM, with ball acceleration of 120 m / s ² and the residence time of the mixture in the treatment zone 10-15 minutes to a particle size of not more than 10.0 microns. The study of the inventive concentrate "PANEXIR" for the content of hydrogen peroxide in the final product

Method for determination of hydrogen peroxide. A sample of the resulting mixture (~ 1 ml) of the test sample is taken, the same volume of a 2% KI solution is added, a few drops of a 2 N hydrochloric acid solution are added and shaken. The appearance of brown (a large amount of peroxide) or dark yellow color (a small amount of peroxide) of the test mixture indicates the presence of peroxide. The absence of staining indicates the complete neutralization of hydrogen peroxide.

The inventive liquid concentrate "PANTEXIR" from antlers was investigated according to the method described above for the content of hydrogen peroxide immediately after filling the product and after 3 days of storage.

After the reaction, the packaged product was colored dark yellow, which indicated that it contained a small amount of hydrogen peroxide. After 3 days of storage of the product and the reaction, the product did not change its color, which indicates the complete absence of hydrogen peroxide.

A study of the inventive PANTEXIR concentrate during storage after 6, 12, 24 and 30 months of storage for the content of microorganisms showed that their content does not exceed the permissible norms established by the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of the Russian Federation.
