Abstract

The invention relates to a choleretic substance promoting, where appropriate, the renal elimination of water, a substance promoting circulatory drainage, in combination with at least one vegetable, animal or mineral substance of natural origin, which is effective with respect to cellulite infiltrations, having an effect as a circulatory tonic, nervous system regulator, depurative and skin tonic, each substance being in the form of an infinitesimal dose, in particular in the form of a homeopathic dilution, so that it is capable of developing the above effects in vivo on the body with the object of obtaining a local or general slimming of the body of the patient treated and/or an attenuation or even a disappearance of the cellulite. It also relates to the use of the abovementioned composition as a medicament and as a cosmetic.

Description

Composition for the treatment of overweight and / or cellulite
Many treatments have been envisaged to modify the appearance of the human body, in particular for the purpose of obtaining a local or general thinning of the body and / or an improvement in the appearance of the skin.

 The treatments commonly practiced are distinguished from each other depending on the importance of the desired result and also whether or not they take into account the symptoms characterizing a possible biological imbalance of the body of the treated patient.

 Such treatments include the topical application of compositions acting on the tissues and likely to improve the appearance of the skin, in particular to reduce the effects due to cellular aging or to promote the elimination of cellulite.

 Other methods involve surgery to obtain a local or general modification of the body, most often associated with weight loss.

 Independently of the above treatments, or in combination, it is also common to use allopathic drugs especially when one is in the presence of a subject in which weight loss is necessary for medical reasons.

 However, these methods and the products they use have various disadvantages. By way of example, mention may be made of the only transient efficacy of the treatment, the disorders that it is desired to attenuate or eliminate, often appearing again after interruption of treatment.

 Some of the methods used can be so uncomfortable or painful and lead to psychological or physical disturbances. In the case of drug administration it is also important to evaluate the side effects.

 To prevent or reduce these disadvantages, certain techniques recommend the use of compositions based on active principles derived from natural substances. Thus compounds based on plant extracts such as sweetclover and cynara scolymus are used to obtain a slimming effect. The inventor has however found that the results obtained with these compounds are not significant at least in the long term.

 To remedy at least in part the disadvantages presented above, the inventor has defined new bases for the development of appropriate compositions to cause weight loss and / or to remedy the effects of tissue aging on tissues, particularly for remove or reduce cellulite.

 With this in mind, he investigated what physiological or organic factors could be involved, for example in weight gain or tissue damage manifested by cellulite.

 Given the fact that most often different parameters are combined, it was essential to combine active principles compatible with each other, both in terms of the desired efficiency, and the absence of toxicity of the resulting composition, for the man.

 For this purpose the inventor has used active principles that can be prepared from natural substances of animal, plant, organic or mineral chemical origin.

 The subject of the invention is therefore a composition characterized in that it comprises a choleretic substance which, if appropriate, promotes the renal elimination of water, a circulatory drainer, in association with at least one substance of natural, plant origin, animal or mineral, effective against cellulite infiltrations, having an effect as a circulatory tonic, regulator of the nervous system, depurative and tonic of the skin, each substance being in the form of infinitesimal dose, especially in the form of homeopathic dilution of such way that it is likely to develop in vivo the above effects on the body in order to obtain a local or general thinning of the patient's body treated and / or attenuation or even disappearance of cellulite.

 Choleretic substances and circulatory drainers that can be used in the context of the present invention are active ingredients of natural origin or not, in particular of vegetable, animal or mineral origin, for allopathic, homeopathic or phytotherapic use.

By way of example, the choleretic substances may be chosen from among the active ingredients as obtained from cynara scolymus or else
Taraxacum. When Taraxacum is used, it is advantageously prepared in the form of a solution and is, for example, in the form of admixible ampoules extemporaneously with the other substances of the composition.

To obtain the choleretic effect, one can also use active principles such as lycopodium, Nux

 Similarly, the invention relates to the previously described composition, all of the active ingredients of which are distributed in the form of several distinct entities, where appropriate for administration by different routes and possibly at different times.

 The number and nature of the constituents of the above-defined composition may vary depending on whether or not the active principles selected are capable of fulfilling several of the functions sought.

 The substances of natural origin referred to above are effective active ingredients with a homeopathic dose. These substances are obtained from raw materials, also known as "strains" which are constituted for chemical, mineral or organic products, by the substance itself in as pure form as possible and for materials of vegetable or animal origin by the mother tincture in general.

 For the definition and preparation of strains of animal or chemical origin, reference will be made to the known principles according to Hahnemann.

 A homeopathic dilution according to the invention is obtained by successive operations of division of the basic strain, either at 1 / 10th (decimal dilutions) or at 1 / 100th (centesimal dilutions).

According to a first embodiment of the invention, the active ingredient effective against cellulitic infiltrations is based on sodium sulfate and corresponds for example to Natrum Sulfuricum or a homeopathic dilution of mother tincture of beech buds or in particular from Fagus

 The substances have been designated either by the name of the animal or plant organism or by the mineral substance from which they originate according to recognized principles in homeopathy. They are also designated by the recognized nomenclature of homeopathic medicines.

 In general, for the implementation of the invention, certain active principles used in homeopathy can be replaced by non-toxic functional equivalents known in herbal medicine.

In this case, the active ingredient consists of an alcoholate, an alcoholate, a bath of plants or a decoction, an essential oil, an extract, a hydrosol, an infusion, a lotion, a maceration, a nebulisate, a powder, a syrup, a solution.
