To study the effectiveness of the survey, clinical trials were conducted in the city clinic number 80 of the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow. It was also found that there is no hypertensive effect in patients with initially moderately elevated or normal blood pressure (2 groups) according to daily blood pressure monitoring. After 3 months of receiving these functional products by patients of both groups, in 85% of the observed patients, the weight loss was at least 10% of the initial one, the average body mass index decreased in group 1 from 32.4 + 2.6 to 28.2 + 5.2 the second group from 34.3-2.6 to 31.5 + 3.7. The remaining 15% of patients did not have weight gain.
