The invention relates to the food industry and can be used as a biologically active food additive (BAA).

The dietary supplement is realized in a solid preparative form (coffee tablets), has a tonic and restorative effect on the body, improves memory and ensures long-term performance, improves concentration and clarity of consciousness. A coffee-based dietary supplement in tablet form is designed to revolutionize your daily life.

Known biologically active food supplement in tablet form based on multivitamins and minerals (Czech Republic patent No. 295674, 14.09.2005, A23L 1/305, 1/05, 1/29), consisting of water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, macro- and microelements , amino acids taurine, caffeine, glucuronolactone and excipients such as inositol and polydextrose.

This composition, in addition to the enriching properties of vitamins and minerals, additionally has a tonic and stimulating effect (caffeine), as well as detoxifying properties (glucuronolactone). However, the known composition contains components that are inert and even unnecessary for the body (inositol, polydextrose), which do not carry functional activity for the human body. At the same time, large amounts of initially laid active components are lost in the process of the traditional method of producing tablets, and in addition, this method does not provide complete or even average absorption of the components of the composition by the consumer's body.

Known invention (RF patent No. 2260986; A23F 5/00) containing a complex of biologically active additives used to cleanse the body and lose weight, in particular, to coffee-based drinks. The composition for weight loss contains the following components in wt. %: dry green tea extract 6-16, dry soy extract 5.6-13.2, dry wheat extract 5.1-11.0, chromium picolinate 0.00075-0.00375, natural instant coffee - the rest. This allows for radical weight loss while providing the body with nutrients.

A significant drawback of the known composition is its limited effect on the body, only as a means for cleansing the body and losing weight, and the impossibility of a tonic and general strengthening effect.

Recently, to temporarily raise the tone, stimulate physical and mental activity, the use of various energy drinks with the addition of vitamins and minerals has been promoted, which give an episodic positive effect (patent RU No. 2238310, 20.10.2004; US patent No. 6261589; JP patent No. 10298093, 10.11 .1998; WO 2005/018344, 03.03.2005). However, energy tonics are not recommended to be taken constantly due to the manifestation of side effects. They cause psychological dependence and weak physical (headache, decreased activity with abrupt withdrawal). In a number of countries, energy tonics are prohibited for sale. According to doctors, for example, the combination of taurine in a cocktail with a dose of caffeine of 90 ml or more is very dangerous for the heart muscle: the first component lowers blood pressure, the second dramatically increases and creates an oxygen deficiency in the body.

There is also known a tonic drink based on coffee powder or a coffee substitute, intended for prophylactic effects in conditions associated with fatigue (RF patent No. 2493733; A23L 1/30), the closest in technical essence and adopted as a prototype, containing:

- drone brood - 1 part, glucose and / or fructose 3-9 parts,

- coffee powder or coffee substitute 1-100 parts.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a product that is stable in terms of physical and chemical parameters with a long shelf life, which makes it possible to enhance the preventive effect in conditions associated with fatigue. At the same time, the analysis revealed significant drawbacks of the tonic drink:

- limited scope of the drink, i.e. only for prophylactic treatment in conditions associated with excessive exercise;

- insufficient effectiveness of the tonic, tonic and stimulating effect on the body;

- the unsuitability of the drink as a means to improve performance.

In addition, the agent according to RF patent No. 2493733 is a coffee-based tonic beverage and cannot be used as chewing coffee, i.e. biologically active food additives based on coffee in solid formulation, which is very convenient in the practical use of coffee.

Thus, the patentable invention is directed to the creation of a biologically active food supplement (BAA), which is a solid formulation based on coffee. The invention is intended to solve the following technical problem:

- to develop a solid formulation in the form of a compressed tablet;

- significantly increase the tonic, stimulating and restorative effect on the body;

- to increase long-term performance, concentration and clarity of consciousness;

- to provide clarity of mind, to focus when performing complex and painstaking work requiring attention, improve memory.

The solution to this technical problem is achieved as follows.

The biologically active food additive containing coffee, according to the present proposal, is a solid formulation in the form of a compressed tablet with a diameter of 5-25 mm and a weight of 0.1-3 grams, containing a predetermined amount of natural ground and / or instant coffee, suitable for making tonic tablet.

Moreover, according to the proposal, the granulometric composition of dietary supplements is: coffee - 0.05 -0.5 mm; sugar - 0.1-0.7 mm. In addition, the patented invention is based on Arabica and Robusta coffees.

The technical result of the claimed invention lies in the fact that the combination of the components of the patented composition makes it possible to obtain an effective biologically active food supplement based on natural ground and / or instant coffee in solid formulation and to significantly increase:

- tonic, stimulating and restorative effect on the body, due to the presence in coffee of a natural soluble alkaloid caffeine;

- long-term efficiency, concentration and clarity of consciousness.

- as well as improve memory, ensure mental clarity and attention when performing complex and painstaking work.

At the same time, the alkaloid present in the composition of coffee:

The studies have shown that for the manufacture of a compressed tablet the granulometric composition of dietary supplements is: coffee - 0.05-0.5 mm; sugar - 0.1-0.7 mm.
