Предложенный состав был испытан на добровольцах в амбулаторно-поликлинических условиях. Пример 5. Больная К., 26 лет. Диагноз: хронический тонзиллит. После охлаждения появилась боль при глотании, озноб, повышение температуры до 37,6°. Объективно: зев гиперемирован, миндалины увеличены, рыхлые, гнойных налетов нет. При пальпации в подчелюстной области болезненные лимфатические узлы размером с горошину. Больная в течение 4-х дней применяла предложенный состав путем втирания в кожу передней поверхности шеи 1-3 раза в день, после чего обертывала шею шарфом. Болевые ощущения прекращались в первые два дня, также быстро нормализовалась температура, больная сохраняла работоспособность. Никаких других противовоспалительных средств больная не использовала. Больные использовали предложенный состав для купирования болевого синдрома, втирая крем в область пораженных суставов 1-3 раза в день на протяжении от 2 до 32 дней. 4 пациента, страдающие ревматоидным артритом, псориатической артропатией одновременно принимали препараты из лекарственных растений и нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты, у остальных применение крема являлось монотерапией. При этом все без исключения больные отмечали уменьшение интенсивности болевого синдрома, что позволяло им выполнять какую-либо работу и спокойно спать. 8 пациентов втирали крем в область шейного или поясничного отделов позвоночника только перед сном. Утром они отмечали уменьшение скованности, увеличение подвижности в суставах позвоночника и даже уменьшение крепитации при движении. 10 пациентов применяли предложенный состав в заключение массажа в области позвоночника или пораженных суставов конечностей, кроме того, они дополнительно самостоятельно втирали крем в область пораженных суставов 2-4 раза в день. После длительной физической нагрузки с последующим охлаждением на другой день у больного появилась резкая боль в пояснице, которая мешала активно двигаться и сгибать туловище. В течение дня 4 раза втирал в кожу поясничной области предложенный состав, после чего обертывал поясницу теплым шарфом. Утром третьего дня выраженное улучшение. Под наблюдением находилось 17 больных (7 мужчин и 10 женщин) в возрасте от 50 до 74 лет. У 11 больных наблюдались симптомы хронического обструктивного бронхита и остеохондроза позвоночника. Помимо поражения позвоночника у 4 больных наблюдался коксартроз, у 6 - гонартроз и у 1 - артроз голеностопного сустава. У 6 больных диагностировано хроническое неспецифическое заболевание легких с бронхитом, пневмосклерозом и эмфиземой легких. У всех них отмечались явления распространенного остеохондроза позвоночника. Кроме того, у одной больной из этой группы сопутствующим заболеванием был ревматоидный артрит, у 4 - артроз суставов стоп, у 2 - артроз коленных суставов. Обострение болевого синдрома со стороны суставов у этих больных происходило на фоне обострения воспалительного процесса в легких.The proposed composition was applied in the third group of patients who suffered damage to the respiratory system and joints. По добровольному согласию больных всем больным терапия начиналась с местного применения предложенного состава в области пораженных суставов и позвоночника в кожу передней и задней поверхностей грудной клетки. Количество процедур составляло 2-3 в день. Применение нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратом внутрь и наружно не эффективно. Через месяц лечения чувствует себя удовлетворительно, спит по ночам, выполняет домашнюю работу, дает нагрузку на суставы. Кашель прекратился. При наблюдении за больной отмечено следующее: медикаментозное лечение не получает, при усилении боли в суставах и при появлении кашля начинает пользоваться предлагаемым кремом.
