Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to methods for the combined treatment of patients with oxalate nephropathy - drugs and mineral water.
Known methods for treating metabolic diseases and chronic urinary tract diseases with mineral waters (1). Patients take mineral water in the morning, afternoon and evening.
However, this method does not take into account the fact that the daily fluctuations of oxalates in the urine are maximized at night and early in the morning (3). The daily rhythm of the kidneys is such that the distal tubule functions most intensively in the night and morning hours - the water is absorbed, and the volume of urine decreases at night. To disrupt the process of stone formation in the urine, it is necessary to increase the volume of urine, diuresis, and prevent the oxalates from being compressed into stones.
Therefore, taking urine during the day, taking into account the rhythms of the kidneys, increases the effectiveness of the action of mineral water, helps to restore the normal temporal structure of the body of patients with oxalate nephropathy.
1.The study of mineral water from the source of Konstantinovskaya-1.
Mineral water "Konstantinovskaya-1" is produced in the Amur region and is sodium chloride water (2). The content of silicic acid was found in it - 26 mg / l. Such a low content of silicic acid makes Konstantinovskaya-1 water suitable for the treatment of oxalate nephropathy. The intake of mineral water in the treatment of oxalate nephropathy contributes to the increase in urine output, dissolution and elimination of crystals of salts and mucus from the kidneys.
A method for the treatment of patients with oxalate nephropathy is proposed, including the use of still mineral water at a temperature of 18 degrees in the amount of 200 ml per reception for 18 days. Konstantinovskaya-1 water is used as mineral water in the morning and in the evening 20 minutes before meals and at night.
The invention is carried out in the following way. Patients with oxalate nephropathy were under observation. They were divided into two groups - the main and control. The control group of patients received traditional drug therapy. The main group of patients along with drug therapy took non-carbonated Konstantinovskaya-1 mineral water at a temperature of 18 degrees in the amount of 200 ml per reception for 18 days. They drank water in the morning and evening 20 minutes before meals. Such an intake of water on an empty stomach provides better absorption of water and its lower consumption. Additionally, the same amount of water was taken overnight. This scheme of water intake, taking into account the daily rhythm of the kidneys, increases its effectiveness.
This is confirmed by laboratory parameters and ultrasound data (table 1). If the ultrasound showed the presence of salts, the intake of mineral water continued.
В табл.1 приведены достоверные данные до и после терапии больных оксалатной нефропатией минеральной водой "Константиновская-1".Table 1 shows reliable data before and after treatment of patients with oxalate nephropathy with Konstantinovskaya-1 mineral water.
1.Example 1
2.Patient P. 30 years. The diagnosis is oxalate nephropathy. He received, along with drug treatment, treatment with non-carbonated mineral water "Konstantinovskaya-1" for 18 days. I took water at a temperature of 18 degrees in the amount of 200 ml 20 minutes before meals in the morning and evening and at night. The indicators before and after treatment are visible from table.2.
After treatment with Konstantinovskaya-1 mineral non-carbonated water, indicators of daily oxaluria, the number of OxCa crystals in the general analysis of urine, daily calcium of urine, anti-crystalline ability of urine to calcium oxalates and ultrasound indicators improved.
