Abstract
Description
The method relates to the field of electrical engineering, more specifically, to electrical and radio installation technologies.
There is a method of mounting a fuel element of radio electronic elements (TERE), described in the utility model "Module of secondary power supply" (see certificate. N 19440 according to IPC H 02 G 1/12, 2001, Bull. 24), which consists in the fact that TERE set under a printed circuit board (PCB) on the metal base of the module through an electrically insulating heat-conducting layer.
The disadvantage of this method is the poor fit (not complete, random) of the TER to the metal base by pressing it to the last PP, which affects the heat transfer from the TER to the base.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed method is the method described in the utility model "Power supply module" (see certificate. N 19247 according to IPC H 02 G 1/12 for 2001, Bull. 22), which consists in the fact that TER set under the PCB on the metal base of the module through an electrically insulating heat-conducting layer.
The disadvantage of this method is also the poor fit of the TER to the metal base, the surface of which can never be perfect (even after grinding). This is exacerbated by the fact that several TEREs are often pressed simultaneously with the help of PP. In this case, distortions inevitably form, air enters between the TER and the base, where foreign particles get into the operation process. All this significantly worsens the heat transfer from the TER to the base. As a result, the permissible positive temperature level of operation of the power supply modules is reduced, their quality of work, MTBF and, as a result, the costs for both the manufacturer and the consumer of these modules are increased.
The aim of the present invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages, namely, to ensure high-quality fit of the TER to the metal base for the best heat transfer from the TER to the base and, ultimately, to improve the associated characteristics of the power modules.
This goal is achieved by the fact that, according to option 1, the method of mounting TERE in electronic modules is that TEREs are installed under the PCB on the metal base of the module through an electrically insulating heat-conducting layer, while a liquid sealant-damper is introduced between the PCB and TERE, which hardens through a certain technological the time taken into account, they fill the conclusions of the TERE into the corresponding contact holes on the PP and mechanically fix the distance between the PP and the base using constant (i.e., constantly included in the design of the module) pins (studs, bon, portals, etc.) of fastening the PP to the base, having protrusions in which temporary washers of a strictly defined size are laid, on which the PP is laid before the sealant-damper hardens, after the sealant-damper hardens TEREs are sealed on the PP, unfasten the mounting pins and separate the PPs with the TEPs from the base, mount all the other non-heat-generating radio electronic elements (EREs) on the PP, and then again with the help of the mounting pins, but without temporary washers, the PPs are finally attached to the base . Moreover, the pins are used with a threaded, riveted or soldered mount, as a layer, a film of a material such as polyvinyl chloride is used, and a silicone sealant is used as a sealant-damper.
1.The specified method according to
The specified method according to
In other words, the essence of the method is that in the process of hardening of the sealant-damper, it, somewhat increasing in volume in a limited space, firstly, individually works with each TERE separately, and secondly, it evenly presses each TERE over its entire surface , forcing him to take the most stable position, i.e. press it with the best fit, providing the most favorable contact with the base to transfer heat to it.
The technical result of the claimed installation method is to significantly improve the heat transfer from the TER to the metal base, which allows an average increase of the permissible level of positive operating temperature by 10% or equivalently improve the reliability or cost characteristics of the module.
На фиг.1 и 2 соответственно представлены фрагменты эскизов устройств, поясняющие реализацию способа монтажа ТЭРЭ с использованием постоянных штырей крепления (вариант 1 или вариант 2) и с использованием временного технологического прижима (вариант 3).Figures 1 and 2, respectively, are fragments of device sketches explaining the implementation of the method of mounting a TER using constant mounting pins (option 1 or option 2) and using a temporary technological clamp (option 3).
2.The device contains a metal base 1, a printed circuit board (PP) 2, a fuel electric radio element (TER) 3 with terminals 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3, other non-heat-generating electric radio elements (ERE) 4, a sealant-
The method is as follows.
According to option 1,
Then, unscrew the
In
