SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-alcoholic beverages. Beverage comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: 65.8% sugar syrup, 850.0-1000.0 dm³; carbon dioxide, 25.0-45.0 kg; citric acid, 15.0-30.0 kg; sodium benzoate, 0.5-1.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Pitakhaiya" QL 28272, "Quest International" firm, 2.0-10.0 kg; liquid nutritive aromatic principle "Tekila" QL, "Quest International" firm, 6.0-20.0 kg; neutral turbidifying agent 2T63172, "Quest International firm, 1.5-4.5 kg, and rectified ethyl alcohol of the highest treatment and prepared water as measured to provide strength of ready beverage 7%. Proposed invention allows preparing low-alcoholic beverage with improved indices due to combination of features that provides clearly defined tequila taste, namely, acid-sweet taste to the beverage. Invention can be used in producing carbonated low-alcoholic beverages, in particular, carbonates low-alcoholic beverage "Tekilo Sombrero".
