Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology, and can be used to treat patients with psoriasis.
Psoriasis is a chronic disease with an unknown etiology and prevalence in the population of up to 2%. For the treatment of psoriasis, agents with a detoxifying effect, vitamins, are traditionally used. In recent years, due to an increase in the number of cases of the disease torpid to conventional therapy, cytostatic drugs are often used for psoriasis, which cause serious side effects.
There is a method of complex treatment of psoriasis, which includes daily administration of sodium thiosulfate 30% 10 ml intravenously, pyridoxine hydrochloride 5% 1 ml intramuscularly, cyanocobalamin 0.02% 1 ml intramuscularly [1]. However, it has low efficiency. In recent years, the number of patients with psoriasis torpid to the specified therapy has significantly increased. At the same time, the treatment time is significantly increased.
The objective of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of patients with psoriasis.
The problem is solved in that the patient is additionally injected with dry bacterial concentrate Okarin in 2 servings twice a day 20 minutes before meals every day for 20 days.
The therapeutic efficacy of ocarin is determined by its living intestinal bacteria, characteristic of the intestinal microflora of a healthy person. A high quantitative level of ocarin bacteria and their predominance in microbiocenosis normalize the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, improve metabolic processes, and increase the nonspecific resistance of the body. Previously, ocarin has not been used in dermatology and, in particular, in the treatment of psoriasis.
The method is as follows. A patient with an established diagnosis of psoriasis is prescribed ocarin orally in 2 servings twice a day 20 minutes before meals daily for 20 days. Additionally, the patient receives daily intravenous infusions of sodium thiosulfate 30% 10 ml each and intramuscular injections of 5 ml pyridoxine hydrochloride solution 1 ml each and 0.02% cyanocobalamin solution 1 ml each.
Examples:
