81-86).The problem is solved by using Jerusalem artichoke as the main component of the feed additive, including the tuberous and / or aerial parts of the plant in the dried form of the following chemical composition,%:
Water - 2.0-14.0
Carbohydrates - 10-90.0
Protein - 1.0-20.0
Fats - 0.1-5.0
Dietary fiber (fiber) - 2.0-20.0
Ash residue - Up to 3.0-18.0
Silicon - Do, 8.0 (per ash residue)
Potassium - Up to 2.0
Phosphorus - Under 5.0
In the scientific and technical literature, part of Jerusalem artichoke and the products of their processing into dry forms, before the proposal of the author of this invention, were considered as a source of polysaccharide - insulin, alcohol, glucose-fructose syrups. In fodder production, Jerusalem artichoke was considered as a plant for silage, spring feed for pigs, as an enrichment of carbohydrates in the feed, i.e. as one of the varieties of feed based on nutrition and silage capabilities (N.A. Minakov, A.S. Svetashov, I.F. Matvienko "Earthen pear - a promising feed crop in the Central Chelyabinsk Plant" Materials of the 4th Interregional Scientific-Industrial Conference "Problems" the cultivation and use of Jerusalem artichoke and Jerusalem artichoke ". Voronezh, 1993, S. 81-86).
It is known to use Jerusalem artichoke in the form of a dry tuber processing product (concentrate), which retains the properties of physiologically active components of the original plant material. It is obtained from elite Russian plant varieties using harvesting and industrial processing.
4-14. Jerusalem artichoke concentrate is recommended by the Nutrition Institute of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Institute of Clinical Immunology of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences as a biologically active supplement for therapeutic and preventive purposes Aris ", Novosibirsk, 1997, pp. 4-14.
However, this drug is a dietary supplement and has not been used for food purposes.
It is known from the prior art to use tuberous and aerial parts of Jerusalem artichoke for feed purposes (Reference manual "The chemical composition of unconventional feed medicinal plants", Vladikavkaz, 1936, p. 8 (prototype).
This invention for the first time proposes the use of a plant as a biologically active feed additive and for producing biologically active feed compositions in a dry concentrated form, expanding the range of use of the plant in the field of feed production and veterinary medicine and giving a new quality to the use of feed compositions, i.e. the proposal meets the criteria of "novelty" and "inventive step".
Reliability compared with the control group, p> 0.95.
Thus, the use of various dry Jerusalem artichoke formulations as feed additives gives a pronounced reliable suppression of IgM antibody formation. This is one of the essential characteristics of the new quality when using this invention in animal diet therapy.
As can be seen from the table. 2 and 3, various Jerusalem artichoke formulations as feed additives have a pronounced combined property - leukopoiesis stimulating and IgM - suppressing.
