Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, namely to the field of fertilizer production, and can be used in the disposal of poultry waste, as well as ethyl alcohol waste.
A known method of producing organic fertilizer (FR, application 2383146 C 05 F 11/02, 1978), comprising treating brown coal with an alkaline substance in the presence of animal droppings. The resulting mixture is kept until it reaches a temperature of about 60 ° C., the mixture is allowed to cool and a fertilizer is obtained containing at least 5% water-soluble humates, about 0.1% of trace elements and a consortium of microorganisms.
The disadvantage of this method is to recognize the complexity and duration of the fertilizer production process, due to the need to prepare a biocatalyst and the duration of the microbiological processing of brown coal, as well as the low agrochemical value of the obtained fertilizer, due to the low activity of the humic component and the imbalance of the organic and mineral components of the fertilizer.
There is also known a method for producing organic fertilizer (WO 91/09820 C 05 F 11/02, 1991), comprising treating ground brown coal with a bioactive agent capable of biologically destroying brown coal. The bioactive agent contains microorganisms and enzymes inherent in natural composts. A binder in the form of cellulose fibers can subsequently be added to the mixture, which allows molding the resulting mixture in the form of granules.
The disadvantages of this method include the difficulty of obtaining a bioactive agent, as well as the use of a binder. In addition, the resulting fertilizer contains a small amount of biologically active humates and other plant nutrients, which leads to low nutritional value of the fertilizer.
1: 1. The closest analogue of the claimed invention can be recognized as fertilizer (RU, patent 2040516 C 05 F 11/02, 1995), which is an organic component (ground brown coal) treated with a microbiological reagent - treated waste from biological treatment plants for domestic and industrial wastewater. The treatment is carried out with stirring for 24 hours with constant bubbling of a suspension of a mixture of coal and reagent with air. The ratio of brown coal to biomass of treated waste is approximately 1: 1.
The disadvantage of this method should be recognized as the use of brown coal as one of the components, which makes the known method tied to the places of its extraction, low agrochemical activity of the obtained fertilizer.
The technical problem solved by the present invention is to develop a method for producing fertilizer with high agrochemical characteristics, as well as a wide range of preparation and use.
The technical result obtained as a result of the implementation of the invention is to obtain fertilizer based on the waste of microorganisms used in the fermentation of sugar and starch-containing raw materials, production of poultry and ethyl alcohol - biomass, while reducing the consumption of mineral fertilizers.
To achieve the indicated technical result, it was proposed to mix the organic component - poultry waste - with the bioactive component - the waste from the microbiological production of ethyl alcohol, after which, it is preferable that the mixture is kept until the biodegradation of the organic component begins and the mixture is applied as fertilizer to the soil. It is preferable to mix the components in a ratio of 5: 1. After mixing, various mineral compounds containing potassium and / or phosphorus and / or nitrogen, as well as micro and macro elements, can be added to the mixture. These compounds are administered in amounts that are most effective for fertilizer application sites. Fertilizer can be used in the form of an aqueous suspension or in granular form. The high concentration of nutrients makes it cost-effective to transport fertilizers over long distances.
When implementing the method in its preferred embodiment, 100 kg of waste from poultry production, mainly poultry manure, is mixed with 20 kg of biomass of microorganisms used in the fermentation of sugar and starch-containing raw materials. 7 kg of powdered complex mineral fertilizer containing oxides of potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen in a ratio of 11:10:11 are added to the mixture. The mass is stirred until a homogeneous composition is formed. Urea solution, the concentration of which depends on the water content in the biomass of microorganisms, is added to the mixture, and fertilizer granules are formed using a screw press. The drying of the obtained granules can be carried out in air at a temperature of about 20 o C for 2 to 3 days or at 60 o C for 8-10 hours.
The result is a complex mineral fertilizer containing basic nutrients, as well as a bioactive additive that promotes the activation of a consortium of soil microorganisms that promotes the absorption of nutrients by plants.
The proposed method allows to obtain fertilizers with a wide spectrum of action, the high agrochemical effectiveness of which is due to the presence of the main nutrients and macro- and microelements contained in bird droppings, as well as a consortium of microorganisms previously used to ferment sugar, cellulose and starch-containing raw materials. Using the method allows a wide range to vary the content of nutrients, as well as micro and macro elements, depending on the conditions of fertilizer application. The use of this fertilizer will reduce the consumption of expensive mineral fertilizers in the production of various crops while addressing the issue of disposal of waste products from poultry and ethyl alcohol.
