Abstract
Description
The invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to antifriction sintered materials based on iron, used for the manufacture of plain bearings operating in dry friction.
Known antifriction sintered material based on iron, additionally containing copper 1.5-2.5; molybdenum silicide 4-6; carbon 2-4; chrome 2-4 [1]
A disadvantage of the known material is that it is not functional at sliding speeds of up to 12 m / s.
Also known is antifriction sintered material based on iron, additionally containing graphite 1.5% and
Closest to the proposed invention in technical essence and the achieved effect is antifriction sintered material based on iron [3] containing, by weight.

A disadvantage of the known antifriction sintered material is the high value of the coefficient of friction and low wear resistance when working in conditions of dry friction at loads of more than 2.5 MPa. At a sliding speed of 0.6 m / s and a load of 3.0 MPa, the friction coefficient of the specified material is 0.18, linear wear is 0.70 μm / km. And at a sliding speed of more than 0.4 m / s and loads of more than 3.5 MPa, the known antifriction material without periodic lubrication is not functional, since the phenomenon of material transfer occurs during friction on steel (see GOST 27674-88).
The aim of the invention is to reduce the coefficient of friction and increase the wear resistance of the antifriction material when working in dry friction at sliding speeds of 0.4; 0.6; 0.7 m / s.
This goal is achieved by the fact that titanium, stainless steel powder ПХ18Н15 (GOST 13084-88) are introduced into the composition of the antifriction material, and colloidal graphite is used as graphite in the following ratio of components, wt.

Colloidal Graphite 1.2-1.5

The proposed antifriction sintered material is operable under conditions of dry friction at sliding speeds from 0.4 to 0.7 m / s and loads from 4 to 6 MPa, while the friction coefficient does not exceed 0.09 and the wear is 0.6 μm / km.
