Abstract

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out a central graft by means of U-shaped dissection from proximal end of the damaged tendon, telescopically shifting the graft downward bringing it out through a tunnel formed in the Achilles tendon and calcanean tuber and fixing it in the area of the calcanean tuber by means of high-strength lavsan suture. To ensure good conditions for adhesion of the tendon fragments, contact interaction area between the lateral parts of the tendon fragments is to be 5-6 cm in length. EFFECT: improved sliding conditions and trophism of the tendon.

Лоскут перемещают книзу в туннель и фиксируют к пяточному бугру. Стопе придают среднее положение и на фрагменты сухожилия накладывают швы. Иммобилизация стопы гипсовым сапожком сроком на 4 недели.
