Claims (1)

Способ реконструктивно-пластической хирургии у больных раком молочной железы с использованием ксеноперикарда БиоЛАБ-ПП/ПА и силиконового эндопротеза, включающий подкожное удаление ткани молочной железы, отсечение нижнего края большой грудной мышцы и передней зубчатой мышцы и создание субпекторального кармана, отличающийся тем, что после создания субпекторального кармана, отдельными нерассасывающимися узловыми швами с захватом фасции передней грудной стенки производят укрепление субмаммарной складки, пластину ксеноперикарда БиоЛАБ-ПП/ПА, в соответствии с площадью нижнего полюса силиконового эндопротеза проецируют на нижнюю зону реконструкции молочной железы, край пластины ксеноперикарда подшивают отдельными узловыми швами атравматичной нитью викрил 3/0 к фасции передней грудной стенки, соответствующей субмаммарной складке, измеряют ширину кармана для выбора эндопротеза и после гемостаза в сформированный субпекторальный карман помещают силиконовый эндопротез, край ксеноперикарда подшивают к нижним и боковым краям большой грудной мышцы, причем верхний край пластины ксеноперикарда натягивают до нижнего мобилизованного края большой грудной мышцы и закрывают им силиконовый эндопротез, далее края большой грудной мышцы и пластины ксеноперикарда соединяют непрерывным швом нитью викрил 3/0.
