Claims (15)

1. Винт для фиксации имплантата, состоящий из биорезорбируемого материала и содержащий резьбу для ввинчивания в кость, головку, имеющую колпачок и приводную часть, причем колпачок содержит, по существу, плоскую поверхность контакта для имплантата, и между приводной частью и колпаком имеется заданное место излома, которое выполнено в виде сужения между верхней стороной колпачка и приводной частью, при этом стержень винта увеличивается по толщине в направлении колпачка, зубья резьбы имеют ширину, составляющую по меньшей мере 0,5 ширины основания зуба.
2. Винт по п. 1, в котором заданное место излома выполнено в виде сужения.
3. Винт по п. 1 или 2, в котором колпачок выполнен в виде пластины, предпочтительно колпачок имеет максимальную высоту до заданного места излома менее 2 мм, предпочтительно менее 1 мм и особо предпочтительно менее 0,8 мм.
4. Винт по одному из пп. 1-3, содержащий стержень, причем наименьший диаметр стержня максимально равен внутреннему диаметру резьбы, в частности, наименьший диаметр стержня равен внутреннему диаметру резьбы.
5. Винт по одному из пп. 1-4, в котором резьба содержит самонарезающее острие.
6. Винт по одному из пп. 1-5, в котором колпачок имеет диаметр от 1 до 6 мм, предпочтительно от 2 до 4 мм, и/или колпачок имеет диаметр, равный 1,5-5-кратной величине, предпочтительно 2-4-кратной величине диаметра стержня и/или внутреннего диаметра резьбы, и/или шаг резьбы составляет от 0,5 мм до 1,6 мм, и/или зубья резьбы выполнены снаружи плоскими, и/или зубья резьбы выполнены так, что основание зуба с закруглением переходит в боковые поверхности зуба, и/или винт содержит центрирующее острие.
7. Винт по одному из пп. 1-6, состоящий из магния или магниевого сплава, в частности, из магниевого сплава с иттрием, цинком, марганцем и/или кальцием.
8. Винт по одному из пп. 1-7, содержащий покрытие, в частности, покрытие из фторида магния.
9. Винт по одному из пп. 1-8, в котором стержень содержит конусообразную, в частности, имеющую форму усеченного конуса часть, примыкающую к головке.
10. Винт по п. 9, в котором крутизна угла конусообразной части увеличивается в области перехода к колпачку относительно центральной оси, в частности, область перехода выполнена в виде скругления.
11. Винт по п. 10, в котором область перехода имеет длину от 0,5 до 2 мм.
12. Винт по одному из пп. 1-11, в котором ниже колпачка винт содержит конусообразную часть, которая образует относительно центральной оси винта угол от 20° до 40°, предпочтительно от 35° до 45° и/или которая имеет длину от 0,2 мм до 10 мм, предпочтительно от 0,4 мм до 0,6 мм.
13. Комплект, включающий в себя по меньшей мере один винт по одному из пп. 1–12 и имплантат, выполненным в виде поверхностной структуры.
14. Комплект по п. 13, дополнительно включающий в себя пилотное сверло, диаметр которого предпочтительно приблизительно равен диаметру стержня винта, и/или переходник для зажима винта, причем переходник содержит муфту для соединения с рукояткой или с дентальным бором, и/или держатель для множества винтов.
15. Винт для фиксации имплантата, состоящий из биорезорбируемого материала, а именно из магния или магниевого сплава, и содержащий резьбу для ввинчивания в кость, головку, имеющую колпачок и приводную часть, причем колпачок содержит, по существу, плоскую поверхность контакта для имплантата, и между приводной частью и колпаком имеется заданное место излома, которое выполнено в виде сужения между верхней стороной колпачка и приводной частью, при этом стержень винта увеличивается по толщине в направлении колпачка, резьба выполнена так, что зубья резьбы выполнены снаружи плоскими или закругленными, а основание зуба с закруглением переходит в боковые поверхности зуба, причем резьба содержит самонарезающее острие.
