Claims (20)
1. Деформируемая интраокулярная линза (ИОЛ), содержащая:
- деформируемый оптический элемент, содержащий круговую кромку по его окружности;
- по меньшей мере два опорных элемента, каждый из которых содержит проксимальную часть и дистальную часть относительно оптического элемента, причем опорные элементы проходят из разных точек на круговой кромке оптического элемента и могут быть сжаты, и
- по меньшей мере один выступ, проходящий от круговой кромки оптического элемента из точки, отличной от проксимальной части каждого из опорных элементов.
2. Линза по п. 1, содержащая соответствующий выступ для каждого из опорных элементов, причем выступы проходят от круговой кромки оптического элемента из точек, отличных от проксимальной части каждого из опорных элементов и любого другого выступа.
3. Линза по п. 2, в которой каждый из выступов расположен на круговой кромке ближе к проксимальной части своего соответствующего опорного элемента, чем другого опорного элемента.
4. Линза по п. 3, в которой каждый из выступов расположен азимутально ближе к дистальной части своего соответствующего опорного элемента, чем к проксимальной части своего соответствующего опорного элемента.
5. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой каждый из выступов содержит вершину, дистальную относительно круговой кромки оптического элемента.
6. Линза по п. 5, в которой вершина скруглена.
7. Линза по п. 6, в которой каждый из выступов имеет форму усеченного треугольника.
8. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой максимальная радиальная протяженность по меньшей мере одного выступа от круговой кромки оптического элемента меньше, чем максимальная радиальная протяженность по меньшей мере одного опорного элемента.
9. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой максимальная радиальная протяженность по меньшей мере одного опорного элемента от круговой кромки оптического элемента равна по меньшей мере радиусу оптического элемента.
10. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой оптический элемент выполнен из сгибаемого материала.
11. Линза по п. 10, в которой сгибаемый материал выбран из гидрофильного акрила, гидрофобного акрила и силикона.
12. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один опорный элемент содержит отверстие.
13. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один выступ содержит отверстие.
14. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая вокруг оптического элемента круговой ободок, выполненный с возможностью контактирования с задней частью капсульного мешка при использовании.
15. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно содержащая вокруг оптического элемента круговой ободок, выполненный с возможностью нахождения на передней поверхности линзы при использовании.
16. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой по меньшей мере один выступ тоньше, чем круговая кромка оптического элемента.
17. Линза по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в которой толщина по меньшей мере одного выступа равна толщине по меньшей мере одного опорного элемента.
